Washing cement concrete / plastered surface / steel surface with detergent to remove dirt, dust and other foreign materials.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. One or more coats on old work.

Steel work welded in built-up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar work.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing of grass vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish by M.T with all lead and lift complete in all kind of soil.

Labour engaged for clearance of v-shaped drain and cutting / trimming of trees on all roads including disposal of material as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
