   Railway reserves the right to place order on past proven sources for the tendered item or Wagon related items with this Railway/ other Zonal Railways/ Production Unit or Government Organizations. Firm should submit documentary evidence like PO Copies, R/Note, and Inspection Certificate etc. along with their offer in support of their credentials/past satisfactory performance. Non submission of such vital documents may be taken as their not having any such past performance.

   The Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored.

We understand that the offers of all such sister concern including ours are liable to be rejected as per the relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions.
