M&L for excavating in post holes ( or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil, each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron work as in fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 for post holes (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregates) as in coping/ band and bed block etc incl necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3.15mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 75mm x 75mm fixed with string bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 3.15mm dia PVC chain link fencing of size 75mm x 75mm mesh fixed to RCC fencing post with bolts etc including fixing of binding wire/ line wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Supply of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing, mild steel rond bars, mild steel flat, nuts, bolts & washers will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia, Fe 290, Grade E-165 cut to length, bend to shape required and hooking ends for fixing to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut , diameter of bolts 16mm, length of bolt exc 5 not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls complete all as specifid and directed.

M&L for preparing plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose.

Removing excavated material soils n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured and paid) including taking down existing b arbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in natural ground, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 19 above but embedded in concrete brick work etc.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base for paver block paving to raise level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in paving or in foundations including watering and consoliation complete all as specified. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

M&L for 60mm thick PCC (M-35) factory made with grey cement and pigment interlocking tiles/ paver block of shape/ size as conforming to IS 15658, joints will be filled with fine sand, including dismentling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Sand will be paid under relavent item.

M&L for adequate No of coats for painting on kerb stone lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat painting lines on old surface of kerb stones dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. Exc 15cm above ground level.

M&L for dismantling of existing coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors in floors ovedr and including 15m thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 75mm bore of pipe high density polythelye (HDPE) PN 10 pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced concrete drain pipes NP3 200mm bore include for laying pipes level or to falls in trenches, on concrete bed and all necessary extra joints, waste and cutting as jointed complete with collars including demolition and breaking up 200mm drain pipes (SGSW/AC/ reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and taking out from trenches as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 cm PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as concrete bed, width of concrete bedding shall extend laterally 15 cm beyond either side of the outer dia of pipe laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under, and haunching against the sides of SGSW/ reinforced concrete drain pipes NP3 200mm bore, after the pipes have been laid and tested include for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joints grouted and pointed flush in CM 1:3 with raking out joints complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvantume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covedring/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings all as specified and directed.

S&F of Rooled mild steel Gde Fe-410-W Gde E-250 Quality-A in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, joist, channel, steel tube, rails & festenings & heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, column, Gusset plates, channel, hollow square/ rectangular or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling framed work timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section , in any position complete all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
