Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in in foundation of pipe bend including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing in replacement Ball valves of 20 mm dia, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Taking down old serviceable float valves 20 mm bore and refixing the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The cost of minor fittings like nuts, bolts etc required for refixing shall be included in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
Excavation in trenches (Manual), not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of pipe line, cable trenches, for pole or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, for pipe line/cable trenches, for manholes, for drains etc (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed
Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for providing temporary connection between newly laid DI pipe and existing CI pipe of dia 400 mm including detachable joint or any other suitable jointing technique including dismantling the same at later stage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for providing temporary connection between newly laid DI pipe and existing CI pipe of dia 300 mm including detachable joint or any other suitable jointing technique including dismantling the same at later stage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for providing temporary connection between newly laid DI pipe and existing CI pipe of dia 250 mm including detachable joint or any other suitable jointing technique including dismantling the same at later stage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, from valve pits, including removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Removing surplus earth and filling in the dismantled valve pit chambers of various sizes including necessary spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Surplus earth obtained form excavation of pipeline/new valve pit chamber shall be utilised. No extra payment shall be made for any lead involved.
Taking down old unserviceable mild steel covers of various sizes of valve pit chamber complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
