COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANTS OF VARIOUS CAPACITY IN DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN NAL

Carrying out maintenance of Central AC plant of 2 x 36 = 72 TR capacity (in working) & 1 x 36 = 36 TR capacity (as stand by) with water cooled microprocessor based having scroll compressor,chilled water system type installed at BASE OPS by regular maintenance by a trained mechanic & OEM rep as and when required (on order)for checking /rectifying defects to make the plant in serviceable condition within 48 hours in case of Major break down, alongwith all tools ,brazing tools and materials electrical testing tools etc to make plant serviceable including setting of in/out temperature of microprocessor control panel and also required dismantling ,refixing ,serviceable parts and replacing of defective parts ( New parts shall be measured and paid seperately and paid under respective item of " Sch A" as Supply only) complete all as specified and directed for following plants The work per unit includes :- (i) General visit to be done as ordered to carry out work during contract period by OEM rep in addition to daily visit of Mechanic. (ii) Checking of proper functioning of microprocessor and all its parameters are as specified if any error ,resetting as per design condition. (iii) Checking, repairing of control wiring. (iv) Checking /setting of water flow switch, HP & LP switch. (v) Checking of refrigerent gas pressure and oil level in compressor. (vi) Functioning of chiller & condensor with design parameter. (vii) Functioning of compressors , charging of ref gas with provn of all T&P. (viii) All other functioning of control parameter of AC plants required for achieving design parameter of conditioned space. (Make - Blue star)

Material and labour for repairing and servicing of FRP cooling tower 72 TR at BASE OPS and 75 TR at STATION AUDITORIUM & BOMB DUMP (WSA - II) of central type AC plant by dismantaling of cooling tower for removing of top cover and cleaning of PVC fills, choked nozzle, PVC louvers and replacement of rusted nuts,bolts with washer etc and cleaning bottom tank to remove dust and mud sand and painting of damged surface oiling of motor and checking of serviceability of motor including painting the interior and exterior parts of cooling towers with epoxy seal paint as per the manufactures specifications complete all as directed. Note:- others major spare parts shall be measured separetely as under respective item of " Sch A" as Supply only .

Material and labour for dismantling / opening of top cover of Hot water generator of Capacity 30 to 42 KW and cleaning, servicing of element, storage tank etc., refixing and testing for desired temperature complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Material and labour for Preparing old painted steel and metal based surfaces such as Compressor, AHU’s refrigerant water piping base plates, motors, AHU’s cable duct, MS channel, make up water tank, cooling tower, condensors, condensor pipe lines, etc of any shape, size and description, removing oil, dust & rust by using sand paper or any method on all types of surfaces, filling cavities if any and applying one coat spray painting with synthetic enameled paint of approved quality (All as per E-in-C’s colour code) with and including writing E/M & MES Nos, marking arrows / feeders name neatly on each machine complete of AC Plant at BASE OPS of 72 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the outdoor unit (5 TR) of Package type AC Plant of capacity upto 15 TR capacity by disconnecting all electrical connections, suction and discharge refrigerant lines from its installed position and shifting to another location within 05 to 10 Mtr distance where directed. Re-installing the outdoor unit at specified location and connecting all the electrical, suction and discharge refrigerant lines including provision of new suction and discharge refrigerant lines as per existing sample upto 10 RM if required and topping up the refrigerant gas as required and testing on completion for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.
