Dismantling of front & rear wheels for repairs. Job involves extracting of defective parts, segregation of components, washing properly all the components in k-oil. Providing and fitting of front wheel bearing inner & outer-2 Nos each, Rear wheel bearing inner & outer-2 Nos each, all oil seals, front & rear break lining, break shoe springs, wheel cylinder kit-2 nos, tie rod kits -2 nos, king pin set – 2 sets, cylinder assembly-2nos, wheel nuts-8 nos, greasing of all the wheels making adjustment of breaks by bleeding the brake system after providing & fitting of servo & master cylinder kit complete job including cost of material &labour charges.

Fabrication of driver seat and back after removing all the worn out and broken parts of the seat and backs. Providing & fitting of ply board, coir foam,rexin, jute cloth and fitting properly and also repair to battery box by way of removing all the damaged M.S angle and flats with the help of Welding and chisel and fabrication of new battery box and properly fitting to the vehicle including cost of material & labour charges

Repair to differential system of water tanker by Providing and fitting of 01 set crown wheel pinion- 1 Nos, spider kit set – 1nos, shim set-01 nos, Bevel pinon set- .1 nos, 2 nos axles and assembling of all the parts checking and testing after fitting in the vehicle and also repairing to the propeller shaft system by providing and fitting of 2 nos U.J Cross alongwith cross Holders ,01 nos center bearing. Also cutting of defective yoke & teeth with the help of gas cutter, fitting of new yoke & teeth to the shaft. Job including cost of material and labour charges

Repair of tool box by wood work including replacement of chequered/ plain sheets of tool box. Job including cost of material & labour charges.

Repair to clutch system of the vehicle by dismantlingit checking and testing of parts and then P/F of clutch plate, pressure plates, release bearing, clutch fork and fly wheel ring after replacing the damaged ones. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to Rear leaf springs system by way of dismantling rear leaf spring assembly left & right. Providing and fitting of leaf spring main -1 Nos, leaf spring 3rd -I Nos, Leaf Spring 4th – 2 Nos, Leaf Spring 5th -2 Nos, Auxiliary Leaf Spring -2 Nos, U Bolts with nuts-2Nos, U Clamp with nut bolts- 2nos. , Shackle pins with nut-2 nos, Shackle bush- 2nos, Also Cambering of leaf springs and assembling and Fitment. Job includes cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to electrical system of the vehicle by dismantling the damaged wiring then Providing and fitting of wiring set both front and rare side, repair to dashboard wiring P/F of roof light,horn,side indicatior-2 nos, dash board bulbs, fuse box unit, head light assembly-2nos,tale light assembly-2nos, wiper motor with blades. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges,

Repair to self of the vehicle by dismantling it, cleaning and checking the parts and then P/F of self field coils ,self solenoid switch, carbon bush set, bendix drive, including rewinding of armature. Fitting to the vehicle and then testing. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Dewatering pump Repair:- Dismantling the engine of the dewatering pump segregation of components, overhauling of the engine. Machining of cylinder head and fitting of valve seats. Providing of inlet exhaust valve piston with cylinder kit. Machining of crank shaft. P/F of crank bearings, reassembling of the engine after P/F of gasket set . setting of tappets , repair to rocker shaft, p/f of impeller shaft and seals. Fitting back of assembly to the vehicle after p/f of coupling pully. Complete job including cost of labour & material.

Complete washing of the vehicle, making surface of dented portion after application of car solder and rubbing thereof spraying of one coat of red oxide metal primer inside and out side the tank and chassis of the vehicle then spraying of the 2 costs of dew paint on the tank and on the vehicle. Complete letter writing on the vehicle including the tank . Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Providing and fitting of rubber engine foundations-4 no’s, foundation bolts—4 no’s, door lock-2 no’s, battery terminals heavy duty-2nos, engine oil filter, engine air suction rubber pipe. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.

Denting and Patching:- Removal of water tanker from the vehicle with the help of crane after cutting worn out nut bolt and patching at cracked portion of the chassis, repair of water tank, inner and outer side by patching, checking setting the alignment of the chassis. Providing of 2 nos cross member of the chassis for replacement of wornout/damaged cross member. Removing of dents from front portion of hood and bumper alongwith gas welding works. Repairs to rear mud guards assembling of water tank on the chassis by providing and fitting of U clamps, nut bolts and rubber pads. Complete jobs including labour and material.
