Excavating in trenches in hard/ dense soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Returning, filling in and ramming with approved excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 mtr and not exceeding 100 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by using power roller exc. 8 ton and n.exc 12 ton all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2, 75mm thick as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate 20 mm thick as in floors, finished even and fair by brooming complete all as specified and directed complete

Material and labour for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete slab shall be 100 mm complete all as specified and directed complete

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or si,ilar holes) in hard / dense soil, each not exc 0.5 Cum each getting out, returning, filling In and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm including disposing off the surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m all as specified. Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type all as specified.

Material and labour for disconnecting the existing 200 MM DI/CI pipe, suction and delivery of any type from the pump set and supply and fixing new MS ERW pipe including special nominal dia 200 mm , joints complete for delivery and side including necessary nuts bolts ,reducer/tee/joint/union, welding works and rubber etc, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix high pressure, heavy duty cast iron non return valve/ check valve of sizes 200 mm,PN 1.6 , conforming to BS 1868, Class 600,IS 1538 suitable to hydrostatic test pressure for body 156 kg/sq cm & for seat 115 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged , complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fix cast iron Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body of size 200mm dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindle-SS IS:6603, Gland Packing greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size as under, both ends flanged ,iron cap,stuffing box etc including joints and jointing material like nuts, bolts and fixed to pipe complete including testing all as specified and directed. Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 300 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cutting of road / pavement/ hard standing by using cutting machine/ compressor machine and making good using cement mortar 1:2:4 after layiing of 200 DI pipe complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Excavation / road cutting shall be done manually and not by JCB

Supply and fix fittings/ specials suitable for ductile iron pipes such as bends any type/radius and angle, tapers any type tees, cross, tail pieces with flanged, socketed / suitable for rubber tighten push on joints, caps, plugs, sheet pieces with flanged /socketed or both flanged or both socketed ends of any size upto 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive for M&L for rubber gasket joints/ Titanic joint/Lead joint suitbale for DI pipe including jointing material of size for 200 mm dia pipe all as specified and directed

Supply and fix MS ERW pipe nominal dia 300 mm as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 6.0 mm including special joints complete for delivery and side including necessary nuts bolts and rubber etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall be inclusive for making header for connection of various sizes of DI/GI pipe line for delivery including welding , bending work .

Material and labour for cross arm bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat , one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and as directed.
