Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) : Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder (average 150mm filling) to the design levelby adding fresh approvedsoil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.

WBM Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density (with an initial lead of 5.0 km). By Manual Means. Grading- III. Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg).

Prim coat : providing and applying primer coat with bitumin emulation on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Tack coat : Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emultion using emultion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mecchanical broom. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Semi- Desnse Bituminous Concrete : Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 508. complete in all respect.(including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant) ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
