Supply and stacking of 45-63 mm gauage hard stone ballast from approved query for inter coat including royalty, cartage, octroi, sales Tax & all other taxes whatsoever applicable under rules and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road side, including dressing of road patries as required where metal is to stacked as per direction of Engineer incharge

Supply and stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauage hard stone ballast from approved query for top coat including royalty, cartage, octroi, sales Tax & all other taxes whatsoever applicable under rules and also including stacking to the required template after screening at road side, including dressing of road patries as required where metal is to stacked as per direction of Engineer incharge

screening materials morram of approved quality and quarry as required for blinding purpose.

Consolidation of 45-63 mm guage hard stone ballast for 10cm ( loose) thick by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller, excluding cost of stone ballast and blinding materials but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes, spreading making medhi to retain water and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work. Water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing & Laying priming coat with bitumen on prepared on surface of grandeur base including cleaning of road surface and spreading bitumen at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means

Providing and laying of Bituminous Macadam 50mm. compacted thick on prepared surface over tack coat with specified graded crushed aggregate for binding course including loading of aggregated with F.E. loader and mixing of stone aggregagtes in hot mix plant, transporting the mix material with tipper and laying mixed material with paver finisher to required level and slope and rolling with power roller to achieve required desnity. Bitumen will be used at the @ 3.30% by weight of the mix material for B.M. including cost of tack coat (@0.20 Kg/sqm)

Providing and laying 25mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 percent of maxphalt and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydostatic power finisher with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 508 complete in all respects and also including cost of tack coat (@0.20 Kg/sqm)

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Confirming to IS 15658-2006

Renewing patries 1.5 meter wide including dressing surface filing upto 8 cm depth and making namunas, at every 15 meter apart on either side of the road true to patri template with side slopes of 1:2 etc. trenches for taking the earth to be so dug that they form a continuous side drain at road boundary. SI No. 764A

Excavation in Foundation in soil Mixed with Moorum, Shingle, Kankar Requring the use of Special tools and Plants such as pickaxes, sabbals etc for dismantling of raised road site patries( Illegally Raised by Enterprenures Notice Already Issued) also including disposal of excavation earth/malwa with in 2 Km. inside the Industrial Area at Low Lying/Water Logged Area (SI No.252 + 231A)

Providing & Laying Brick on edge both sides of the roads in 7cm. wide & 12 cm. deep of Ist class bricks on edge laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to the required template and improper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer incharge (SI No. 765)

Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work

Painting or varnishing work on Kerb Stone with two coats (upto one square meter of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix plant or varnish including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work paint to be used should confirm
