Material and labour for Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 litre and n exc 1000 litre from water supply connections , setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning etc and hoisting if required. Reconnecting and re-fixing in position .complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Cleaning and repairing etc shall be measured separately.

Supply and fix Bitumen based water proofing tape reinforced with polyster film below aluminium film having 95mm width and minimum thickness of 1.5mm laid on roof surfaces by forced application including cleaning of roof surface with wire brush complete all as specified and as directed.Note Make: Tikitar, Fosroc, Dr Fixit or equivalant as per IS standards

Supply and fix Bitumen based water proofing film reinforced with PVC film having minimum thickness of 2 to 4 mm laid on roof surfaces by forced application including cleaning of surface with wire brush complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Tikitar, Fosroc Dr Fixit or equivalant as per IS standards

Material and labour for Providing roof treatment with APP modified water proofing membrane with the following specifications : (a)Removing existing roof/ chajjas treatment of any description like plastic felt / HP tiles of any thickness including taking down existing plastering/ concrete of any thickness and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with wire brush including removal of debris outside of MOD premises. (b)Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surfaces and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

(c)Preparation of plastered surfaces by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.3 litre per Sqm and providing APP modified water proofing membrane 4mm thick and weight not less than 4.5kg/ sqm reinforced with non oven polyester mat weight not less than 160gms per Sqm including minimum 10cm side/ over lap & including applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 85/25 over membrane at 1.2kg per Sqm & on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1kg/sqm. (d) NOTE: APP modified water proofing membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified in particular specifications and shall confirm to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017. Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate from the manufacturer to the Engineer-in-charge before incorporation in the work. Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work.

Material and labour for Providing water proof treatment to RCC roof with acylic polymer heavy duty fibre reinforced coating with the following specifications : (i)The existing HP/ PCC/ MP tiles shall be dismantled alongwith screed bed and sub base if any and the RCC roof surface shall be prepared and made free from all dust, loose particles, laitance and sharp edges, fungus, algae, organic matters, etc. including removal of debris outside of MOD premises (ii) All cracks shall be repaired by cutting V groove along the longitudinal section of cracks and filling with polymer modified mortar admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP at ratio of 1:5:15 (URP : cement : sand) respectively. (iii) All potholes and uneven surfaces shall be repaired with polymer modified mortar after applying a bond coat of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP at 1:1 ratio (URP : Cement) respectively.

(iii) Priming :- Providing and applying one coat of Dr. Fixit primseal on prepared surface to provide bonding and anti efflorescent coating by diluting the primer with water at the ratio of 2:1 (Primer : Water) respectively (iv) Application of Water Proof Coating :- Providing and applying acrylic polymer Heavy Duty Fibre reinforced coating of Dr. Fixit new coat, the system consist of three coats of application, new coat provides a 1mm thick heavy duty water proof coating , NOTE: Water proofing chemicals shall be procured from approved manufacturer with prior written approval of GE. Full quantitiy of fresh chemicals required for incorporating in the work shall be brought to site with sealed containers. Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorised applicator of the manufacturer and the contractor shall produce necessary certificate of authentication to the Engineer-in-charge before commencement of the work.

Material and labour for Providing sunken floor treatment with APP modified water proofing membrane with the following specifications; Removing existing floor treatment of any type and any description including taking down existing plastering of any thickness and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with wire brush including removal of debris to a distance exc 50m but n exc 100m (i)Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surfaces and rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

(ii)Preparation of plastered surfaces by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.3 litre per Sqm and providing APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4.5kg/Sqm reinforced with non oven polyester mat weight not less than 160gms per Sqm including minimum 10cm side/over lap and over applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.2kg per Sqm or cold application of bituminous elastomeric coat at the rate of 0.70 kg/ sqm

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling under sunken floors etc, including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level and removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Premium quality Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying of tiles including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.Note :Make of tile :HR Johnson/Kajaria/Somany/Naveen

Material and labour for Premium quality glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x450 x 7mm thick on dado & skirting , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering with rough finished in cement mortar 1:4 to receive the tile including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed..Note :Make of tile :HR Johnson/Kajaria/Somany/Naveen
