Surface dressing/levelling not exc 30 cm deep as in soft/loose soil complete al as directed by Engr-In-charge

Grass cutting by manually/ mechanically brooming the entire grass/ vegeted cutted area and make neat and clean. Removing the cutted grass, bushes/ vegetation etc to a distance not less than 50 mtr or as directed by EIC Note:- (i) Grass/vegetation / surface execavation work will be carried out 3 times in a contract period. (ii) Grass / vegetation / surface execavation work will be piece meal work and covered (2 times) all entire period of the contract and has to be done as and when desired by the EIC. (iii) Contractor shall be depute his labour only where the EIC directed. (iv) Necessary T&P, Jungle jim, grass cutting m/c etc shall be arrange by the contractor.

Taking out sludge etc after emptying/dewatering the tank/sump and cleaning of 2 Nos areation tank at STP by manually/mechanically or other method by removing all loose and sedimented sand, sludge, grit, ash, rages, fibers and string materials etc from the tank and disposal there of to a distandce not less than 1.5Km or directed by EIC including burying the waste retrieved materials into grounds completely etc all as directed.

Taking out sludge etc after emptying/dewatering the tank/sump and cleaning of 2 Nos maturation tank at STP by manually/mechanically or other method by removing all loose and sedimented sand, sludge, grit, ash, rages, fibers and string materials etc from the tank and disposal there of to a distandce not less than 1.5Km or directed by EIC including burying the waste retrieved materials into grounds all as directed.

Taking out sludge etc after emptying/dewatering the tank/sump and cleaning of 4 Nos main sump and intermeadiate sump at STP , SNCOs, 100NC(E)s, Chambal complex by manually/mechanically or other method by removing all loose and sedimented sand, sludge, grit, ash, rages, fibers and string materials etc from the tank and disposal there of to a distandce not less than 1.5Km or directed by EIC including burying the waste retrieved materials into grounds all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- ( For item Sl No-4 to 6) (i) Contractor shall depute only skilled labour which are the expertised in the field of cleaning of septic tank/ main sewage sump. (ii) Contractor shall ensure all safety measure before cleaning of sewage network. (iii) Dewatering/emptying waste water if required shall be measured and paid seperately. (iv) Necessary T&P shall be arrange by the contractor. (v) The period of cleaning of one tank minimum 21 days from the date of handover the site.

Dewatering of Aeration and maturation tank by means of pumping with the pump capacity not less than 1000 LPM with and including required fuel, lubricant and opertor all as specified and directed. Note:-i) Dewatering pump along with stand by pump shall be provided by the contractor on his own arrangement.

S & F in repair Installation sign board as per existing lettered duly lettered/numbered flex sign board as per sample duly framed of required dimension, fabrication on suitable size of fabrication material including having provision to mounting./hanging /fixing arrangement the same on wall of STP and installations all as directed by EIC. .(Dimension,colour,design as per sample)

Taking down old and unsv bldg security lights from the wall incuding all accessories ,any make,any description and removed materials from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing led building security light fitting 45 WATT , IP 66 protection , pressure die-cast aluminium housing LED Street light complete with GI clamp including connected accessories and bracket made of GI Pipe 40mm dia light grade 1.25 m long, bend to shape with two sets of MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc including painting to steel surface applying with two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. complete all as directed (make : Havells /Wipro/Philips)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar handle complete all as specified. NOTE: Earth strip and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item .

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) of any section and size, embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia two line wire barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Each line of wire to be measured. (ii) Weight of barbed wire shall be 97 Kg to 106 Kg Per KM.

M&L for mild steel work as in post and strut in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including embedding in concrete and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm and n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing galvanised chain link fencing of any size, shape and dia as decided by GE including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Weight of fence shall be ascertained by the BOO before incorporation in the work. (ii)Mild steel screw bolts will be measured and paid under item No. 15 of BOQ as supply only.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed,coloured ,glossy finish(rubber moulded) precast cement concrete interlocking pavers/ tiles Grade M-35 made with grey cement and pigment any size, pattern and shape as approved by GE, laid dry over and including 40mm thich stone dust/ sand cushining and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 side of path/paver block (kerbs), in patterns with different colour paver block /tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, of size exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed, panelled shutters (two panel) of IInd class hard wood rail and styles with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3.2 mm thick Linoleum sheet, plain coloured, laid dry in floor including streching, cutting and fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premium quality non skid, joint free coloured ceramic floor tiles 7- 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premium quality glazed ceramic tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F iun repair 3 mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty /wooden beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 Cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb and the like, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges ect complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in panels n exc 3 mtr long and joints shall be filled with the mixture of bitumen and sand in (1:3) by weight, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster in any description on brick or stone wall etc., incl hacking out joints for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or on concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping, washing, rubbing down & stopping etc and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new or old plastered/ unplastered sufaces surfaces of wall including cornices etc and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or old plastered/ unplastered sufaces surfaces of ceiling including cornices etc and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc by complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping, washing, rubbing down & stopping etc and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over and including one coat of primer (Apex Altima from Asian Paint or equivalent in Berger Paint) on bands/ fascias etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exceeding 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC in Roofs, floors ( other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work ( reinforced) including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition and removing demolished material to a distance exc 250 M but not exc 1.50 KM complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement obtained from demolition will be considered credit Sch as scrap iron.

M&L for providing precast RCC, 1:2:4 Mix, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab, set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete and all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of size 15 mm bore including segregation of serviceable pipes, cleaning for refixing or removing unserviceable pipes to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old galvanised steel water tubing, with all new fittings and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe), medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan of “Orissa” pattern of size 580 mmx 440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc and making good to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC valveless, syphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet ball valve, float and handle, 10 ltr capacity complete with flush pipe(Long bend) 32mm dia complete all as specified & directed. MAKE: Parryware, Model E8090 SLIMLINE or equivalent model of make as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 49 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pld serviceable bricks received from item No. 48 here-in-before shall be reused in work.
