WOODEN COUNTER (WIDTH UPTO 750MM )Providing making & fixing in position counter consisting of top 2'-6" made out of 25mm commercial ply of approved make supported on drawer unit of ht. 2 inch -6 inch and vertical supports at regular internals as shown in drawing made out of 15mm thick approved commercial ply and the counter made above the table of required width & size with vertical divider all made out of 19mm thick approved commercial ply and 12mm thick appVD. commercial ply for front side of counter with 10mm t.w lipping on all exposed edges and table top edges should be 1 ½ inch x1 ½ inch finishing with and approved colour & moulding plastic laminate 1.5mm thick for all exposed surface etc. all non laminated surface shall be polished with 2 coats of french polish of required shade soft board of 12mm thick pasted with approved adhesive and covered with tepestery felt cloth of required colour including cost of all hardware like hinges, tower bolt, handles, knobs, computer ready-made keyboards, cable manager, CPU stand made by 19mm thick ply with polish and locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. complete as specified and directed. as per 3D drawing.

FLOORING BREAKING: Dismantling carefully the existing damaged cracked serviceable tiles/slabs/clay tiles/Marble slab/granite slab/Kota stone/tandoor stone/Shahabad stone and all types of flooring in flooring etc. including removing the 20mm thick bedding of cement mortar stone grit or brick bat coba etc. at all floors & levels including stacking of serviceable material out of hospital premises as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS : 15622 , of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion antifugal paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. 2 coats ( Health Shield, Trade Sterishield, BreatheEasy etc.)

1-seater sofa: Providing & fixing of a high-quality 1-seater sofa designed for both comfort and durability.The frame of this sofa is meticulously crafted from well-seasoned teak wood, which has been subjected to rigorous anti-termite treatment to ensure longevity. FOOT STOOL Providing making & supplying foot stool with 7inch rise and treed 10 inch length 1ft 3 inch made out of teak wood 1 ½ inchx1 ½ inch for frame legs and top with ½ inch thick teak wood planks. The stool polished with french polish to required finish and provide heavy duty P.V.C. buffer to the legs etc.complete as specified and directed.

WOODEN CABINETProviding & fixing cabinet made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 8mm commercial ply approved make for back side Door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top of shelves for open type cabine should be laminated with 1.5mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, kNosbs as per shown in drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc.and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti.locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

PLYWOOD Providing & fixing approved quality machine pressed phenol formaldehyde bonded commercial/marine ply wood of approved size and fixing the same with necessary nails/screws/adhesive in partition cupboard shelves/ktichen cabinets/flush doors etc. at all floors and locations in quantities as required at site in following thickness including 6 mm thick T.W.lipping patti at all exposed edges with nails/screws/hardwares/adhesive wastage in cutting , transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.

NOTICE BOARD Nostice Board providing & fixing Nostice board made out of 1inch x 2 inch thick teak wood frame work with 6mm thick commercial plywood of approved make & quality for back above that soft board of ½ inch thick pasted with approved adhesive and covered with tepastry felt cloth-(jute fibre) required colour glass door-shutters consisting of 1 ½ inch x 1inch thick teak wood frame with 3mm thick clean glass fixed with T.W. beeding patti both side and fixing with brass hinges of required size including acrylic kNosbs of 1inch dia.
