Opening of the Thermax Make ATHDI-20 model / Thermax Make (Shellmax) Hot Water Generator. Dismounting of the burner gun assembly ,removing the front plate by employing chain block.The job then involves throughly removing soot and carbon deposit s by using wire brush, scrapers and blower from shell and coil/tube . The inside of the coil to be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of de-scaling compound, sulphamic acid powder of Thermax Make (approx 45 Kg) and water continously for 24 hr with the help of pump while maintaining a PH of 1-2. The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/trays.All consumable items viz. Brushes,detergent,diesel/kerosene oil,dhoti cloth required shall be arranged by the contractor.The job also involves dismantling/cleaning of the burner gun,cleaning/replacing of nozzle,diffuser plate,electrodes etc as shall be required for smooth functioning of the Hot Water Generator. All other accesories of the boiler shall also be opened and cleaned similarly.The HWG shall be again reassembled ,tested and commissioned after overhauling.The job includes replacement of all seals ,gaskets,asbestos rope.Asbestos felt,asbestos sheet,defective nuts, bolts etc. as shall be required .The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor.

Provision for Replacement of the back plate refractory of ATHDI-20 Hot water Generator .The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases.Angle Iron hooks/holdfasts shall be firmly welded to the refractory base whereever necessary and collar of the top plate shall be repaired if required .Refractory shall be laid in "fire Crete Super' brand castible refractory cement.

Provision for replacement of ignition electrode (set of 02) to 20 K.cal/hr capacity Hot Water Generator

Repainting of Hot Water Radiators of assorted sizes with enamel paint after complete cleaninig of the surface.

Descaling/cleaning of Hot Water Radiators by way of dismounting the radiators, shifting to a suitable place The job includes removing of dirt etc, between aluminium fins either by using blower or manually by using suitable size wire brushes followed by impinging high pressure water. The inside of radiator shall be cleaned by circulating a solution of sulphuric acid powder of Thermax (Max clean) make and water of required strength continuously for 1hour or water more with the help of pump so that the working pH is achieved (pH between 1 to 2). The solution is to be circulated from a tank /barrel. All tools and tackles required for the job shall be arranged and provided by the firm.The job later on comprises of refitting of the radiators and testing of the same for any leakages. The job also includes repairing of the radiators where ever required.

Fabication and fixing of M.S Structural support to Hot Water Pipe line

Complete servicing of existing 03 HP HSD oil pump, including dismantling, cleaning of pump, strainer and oil passages, inspection of shaft, bearings, coupling and valves, checking of alignment, lubrication, replacement of minor consumables, tightening of electrical/mechanical connections, checking for leakage, vibration, suction/discharge pressure and flow, followed by reassembly, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects.
