Dismantling, Loading,Shifting, Unloading of old and used Spare 01 Nos. 5MVA, 66/11 KV Transformer from Chitaura Power House to Nirgajini Power House And Repair, Erection, Testing, Commissioning of old and used spare One no. 5MVA, 66/11 KV Transformer at Nirgajini Power House.

Shifting, Loading, carriage and unloading of Damaged transformer from switchyard to power house erection bay.

Collection of required oil of Transformer into empty barrel/Oil Tank at CPH and Collection of balance oil of Transformer into empty barrel at NPH.

Loading, carriage, unloading and Shifting of 5 MVA, 66/11 KV Transformer and complete accesssories through 30 MT hydra from CPH to irection bay of NPH.

Dismantling & assembling of all parts like conservator, explosion tank, bushing tank cover, replacement of damaged nut bolt & studs, all seals/ packing, oil level gauge, diaphram as per site requirement

Removal of core for washing from Transformer.

Re-assembly of core and accesories 5 MVA, 66/11 KV Transformer.

Shifting, Loading, carriage and unloading of Spare transformer from power house erection bay to swithcyard.

Refitting of Radiators on the Transformer.

Transformer oil filling and centrifuging till the BDV ia achieved as per IS.

Testing and commisioning of transformer after all necessary connections.
