S&F Turbo ventilator with base plate on rooftop with ventilator vanes of Industrial Hi-Grade 8011 H-14 aluminium, weight of 6.5kg +/- 0.2kg, ventilator top plate (dia 500mm +/-5mm) and bottom ring (dia 600mm +/- 15mm) of stainless steel (0.5mm thickness), having following dimensions Height - 410mm +/- 5mm, Centre Width - 735mm +/- 5mm, no. of vanes shall be 42 nos Die pressed with each vane of 0.5mm +/- 0.02mm thickness with 2 nos of bearings of 6001 ZZ permanently lubricated and sealed type. The base plate shall be of E-Glass chopped strand matt (thermosetting polyester resin with hardener (MEKP - AO-9%) and accelerator (Cobalt Octate - 3%)) with profile design customised as per site requirement as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge. Note: This item includes taking down of existing turboventilator and shall not be paid separately.

S&F for false ceiling work of aluminium anodised snap grid frame work, size of grid 605 X 605mm , 6mm thick Everest perforated boards or equivelent fixed Aluminium frame work with screws, including hangers 6mm dia, G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 X 3mm size 60mm long as in ceilings complete all as specified.

M&L for dismantling of ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
