Running, Operation, and Minor Routine repairing of all Civil Structures and E and M Equipments with all labour, T and P required fuel, proper maintenance of campus of 36 mld CETP and its Pumping stations at Kanpur

CIVIL WORKS :

All Civil works to (inclusive of its cleaning up to bottom of drain) of industrial waste water conveyance system consisting of followings: (a) Tannery waste water collecting drains connected to 4 pumping stations Approximate length 12.50 km. Cleaning & repairing of conveyance drain, casting of RCC cover with M-30 concrete, only anti sulfide cement should be used, it is also insure to outlet of tannery industry should be connected with existing conveyance channel. (b) Cleaning of screen and Grit channels at all 4 pumping stations – 2 nos in every pumping station. To take care of proper operation and maintenance of following works. (c) Intermediate pumping Stations – 4 nos. Cleaning of screen and grit chambers in all respect including disposal of screened materials (d) Sump wells at pumping station – 4 nos including as above cleaning of sump etc (civil works only). (e) Rising main from pumping station Approximate length 6.00 km. (f) Operation of all valves and gates which are not installed in pumping station premises.

All civil work (inclusive of its cleaning) of 36 mld UASB treatment plant consisting of followings : (a) Collecting chamber of tannery waste water stream, manual screens – 2 nos and grit channels – 2 nos. Maintaining proper flow as per design capacity. (b) Equalization tanks – 2 nos Cleaning of tank properly and maintaining proper level as required. (c) Intermediate pumping station with sump and rising main – 1 no including all works as mentioned above. (d) Collection chamber, manual screens – 2 nos and grit channels – 2 nos for domestic waste water stream. (e) Mixing tank – 1 no (f) Main pumping station with sump and rising main – 1 no (g) UASB reactors – 2 nos with 56 feeding pipes of 100 mm dia meter gas collectors and effluent pipes complete. (h) Sludge collecting chamber with sludge withdrawal pipe. (i) Effluent collecting well – 1 no (j) Operation of all valves and gates installed in pipe line of UASB

All civil work First stage post treatment plant consisting of followings: (a) Clarifloculator and sludge collecting chambers – 2 nos. (b) Sludge thickener with sludge withdrawal pipe – 1 no (c) 1 no. Belt Filter Press (d) Operation of all valves and gates in pipe line of Post Treatment Plant.

All civil work of 25 mld pumping station (i) Cleaning of pumping station in all respect. (ii) Operation of all valves and gates (installed) in pipe line out of the pumping station (25 mld)

Disposal of sludge up to 2.00 kms. from sludge drying beds and belt filter press (BFP) upto the land provided by Kanpur Nagar Nigam under 36 mld UASB treatment plant (61+7=68 nos bed, 1 no. BFP)

One Computer Operator who is known MS word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation and expert in data entry and Hindi/English typing.

Security guards at 36 MLD CETP – 1 no. per shift per day

A-2) Sheetla Bazar Pumping Station (PS-2) a) Running & Operation of Pumping Plants, Control Panels, D.G. Set, Lighting etc.

b) Maintenance/Repairing of Pumping Plants, Control Panels, D.G. Set, Lighting and Cables.

c) Running & Operation of 180 kVA D.G. Set including cost of HSD/Lubricants assuming average power cut of 3 hours per day at PS-2

A-3) Wazidpur Pumping Station (PS-3) a) Running & Operation of Pumping Plants, Control Panels, D.G. Set and Lighting etc.

b) Maintenance/Repairing of Pumping Plants, Control Panels, D.G. Set, Lighting and Cables.

c) Running & Operation of 180 kVA D.G. Set including cost of HSD/Lubricants assuming average power cut of 2.5 hours per day at PS-3

A-4) Budhiya Ghat Pumping Station (PS-4) a) Running & Operation of Pumping Plants, Control Panels, D.G. Set and Lighting etc.

b) Maintenance/Repairing of Pumping Plants, Control Panels, D.G. Set, Lighting and Cables.

c) Running & Operation of 82.5 kVA D.G. Set including cost of HSD/Lubricants assuming average power cut of 2 hours per day at PS-4

B) 25 MLD Domestic Pumping Station Jajmau a) Running & Operation of Control Panels, Pumping Plants and Lightings etc.

b) Maintenance/Repairing of Control Panels, Pumping Plants, Lighting and Cables.

c) Running & Operation of 250 kVA D.G. Set including cost of HSD/Lubricants assuming average power cut of 0.50 hours per day at 25 MLD SPS JAJMAU

C) 36 mld Pumping Station C-1) CETP a) Running & Operation of Mechanical Tannery waste water screen, Pumping Plants of Intermediates Pumping Stations (I.P.S.), Mechanical Domestic waste water screen, Pumping Plants of Main Pumping Station (M.P.S.), Tube well, all Control Panels and Lightings.

b) Maintenance/Repairing of Mechanical Tannery waste water screen, Pumping Plants of Intermediates Pumping Stations (I.P.S.), Mechanical Domestic waste water screen, Pumping Plants of Main Pumping Station (M.P.S.), Tube well, all Control Panels, D.G. Set, Lightings and Cables.

c) Running & Operation of 380 kVA D.G. Set including cost of HSD/Lubricants assuming average power cut of 0.50 hours per day at CETP JAJMAU

b) One Computer Operator for E&M works who knows MS word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation and expert in data entry and Hindi/English typing.

C-2) Sub-Station of C.E.T.P. a) Running & Operation of H.T. Panels, Transformers, L.T. Panels and Lightings.

b) Maintenance/Repairing of H.T. Panels, Transformers, L.T. Panels, Lightings and Cables.

C-3) Post Treatment Plant (P.T.P.) a) Running & Operation of Blowers & its related accessories, Clarifllocculators, Thickener Mechanism, Excess Sludge Pumping Plants, Centrate Pumping Plants, Filtrate Pumping Plants, related Control Panels and Lighting.

b) Maintenance/Repairing of Blowers & its related accessories, Clarifllocculators, Thickener Mechanism, Excess Sludge Pumping Plants, Centrate Pumping Plants, Filtrate Pumping Plants, related Control Panels, Lighting and Cables.

c) Running & Operation of Belt Filter Press, Screw pumps, wash water pumps, Agitator/mixer, Dosing system, Control Panels, mini Tube Well and Lighting etc. including all consumable like lubricants, Polyelectrolyte chemical etc , complete in all respect.

d) Maintenance/Repairing of of Belt Filter Press, Screw pumps, wash water pumps, Agitator/mixer, Dosing system, Control Panels, mini Tube Well and Lighting

C-4) Flow Meters a) Running & Operation of Tannery Inlet Flow Meters (02 Nos), Domestic Inlet Flow Meter (01 No) and C.E.T.P. Outlet Flow Meters (02 Nos) complete.

b) Maintenance/Repairing of Tannery Inlet Flow Meters (02 Nos), Domestic Inlet Flow Meter (01 No) and C.E.T.P. Outlet Flow Meters (02 Nos) complete.
