| 1.01 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade with required numbers of coats and colour to get the desired finish to the satisfaction of user /E-in-C, over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, repair the surface with putty or/ and cement coarse sand plaster wherever or entire area required of particular patch, paint on walls and ceiling etc all. This includes all leads, lifts & scaffolding, etc., whatever is required.
*Surface should be prepared by scraping with machine, sand papering by electrical machine, repairing the base with putty or/and plaster as per the requirement to get even & smooth finish, airless spray painting with machine of distemper on surface or required coats to make the surface even, one colour and shade and approved by E-in-C. All the fixture, fittings, switches etc. all should be properly covered before application of Airless spray Paint.
Proper masking tape, polythene sheets etc to be used wherever required to avoid any paint strain on skirting, switch boards etc and after completion of work all skirtings, switch boards, floorings etc all should be thoroughly cleaned.
Paint should be of approved manufacturer like Asian Paints, JSW Paints, Burger, Dulux, Nerolac, Indigo, Birla paints etc.
