Dismantling of boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 40mm thick 2nd class hardwood boarding in floor planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm thick 2nd class hardwood planed one side with butt joints as in shelves of cupboards,racks and pelmets, eaves board and skirting work fixed with nails complete all as direcrted and specified.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq cm & over in section in any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class HW scantlings clean sawn in timber fixed work

M&L preparation of wood and wood based materials, new or old surface of any description and girth not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil complete all as directed.

Dismantling floors,hearth or wall tilling including cememt mortar beding( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.11 but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floor set and joint in cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc. 0.11 but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in skirting/dado, laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick as in vetical surface set in cement slurry jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / out old unserviceable GI pipe upto 15 mm bore including all fittings and fixture from floor/ wall or trenches including cleaning and stacking for refixing / reuse and removal unusable materials from site of work complete as directed.

All as per item No 12 above but 20 mm bore of pipe

S&F 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but 20 mm bore of pipe

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work/stone work incl raking out joints, hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto - all as per item No.19 above but in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately)finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral WPC of approval make/brand.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting as a preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priminig complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of wall care putty (1 mm thick) for preparation of surfaces for distempering and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting of any tint as approved by AGE(I) complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement on plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over one coat chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item No. 28 but over steel surfaces.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint to new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for providing kitchen cabinet in required sizes as per site requirement with 0.60-0.65 mtr depth shutter made out of 19 mm thick plywood, with both side laminate pasting, front side with pvc laminate and back side with 0.80mm thick inner laminate including handles. All the pasting will be done using high quality adhesive, including taking down old kitchen cabinet with all accessories. and all other requirements will be made as per specifications or directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
