Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, stone slabs etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling in mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

M & L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, any tint on new brick, kerb stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered surface exceeding 10cm width or girth including 2mm thick coat of wall care putty on newly prepare surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick stamp cement concrete using M-25 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor in sequence and texture as desired, using coloured hardner and release agent stamping with mats and sealing with durable compounds,laid in alternative panels to improve the surface texture, durability, complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles, machine cut, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cocking platforms etc. bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, 10 mm thick backing coat/ screed bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for UV protective film over and including 3mm thick matt finished coloured polyurethane flooring having hardness index 85-90 shore A, suitable for temperature range -20º C to 60º C, finished even and smooth to desired level complete. Work will be carried through specialised agency of manufacturer.
