Design and Consultancy services for Construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant 330 KLD Capacity at STC BSF Udhampur.

Determining bearing capacity of soil by conducting Standard Penetration Test (SPT) as per IS: 2131-1981 by manual boring of 4" diameter bore hole up to 10.0 m depth or refusal, whichever is earlier, including conducting SPT at 1.5 m intervals, collection of disturbed and undisturbed soil samples, laboratory testing as per relevant IS codes, evaluation of bearing capacity, and submission of three copies of detailed test report. In case of gravelly/bouldery strata or refusal before 1.5 m depth, excavation of open pit up to 2.0–3.0 m depth above rock/boulders along with Dynamic Cone Penetration Test (DCPT) up to 6.0 m depth or refusal (Refusal = N/Ncd > 50) and supplying three copies of test report.

Design for Sewerage Treatment Plants at STC BSF Udhampur Scope of Work :- The scope of consultancy shall broadly include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Site Study & Data Collection (i) Assessment of existing sewerage system, population load, wastewater generation. (ii) Site inspection and topographical review. 2. Design & Engineering (i) Hydraulic and process design of STP of suitable capacity. (ii) Selection of appropriate treatment technology considering local conditions. (iii) Preparation of process flow diagrams (PFD) and general arrangement drawings. 3. Estimation & Documentation (i) Detailed estimation of quantities and cost for STP and associated works. (ii) Preparation of BOQs, technical specifications, and tender drawings. 4. Campus Sewer Network (i) Design and layout of complete campus sewer lines. (i) Manhole planning, slopes, pipe sizing, and connectivity to STP. (iii) Integration with existing infrastructure. 5. Statutory & Technical Compliance (i) Designs conforming to CPHEEO / CPWD / MoHUA norms. (ii) Compliance with environmental and pollution control standards. 6. Support Services (i) Technical support during tendering and clarification stages. (ii) Vetting of drawings from govt engineering college.
