Demolition of reinforced cement concrete to cover slab, roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work all as specified and directed.

Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab (for drain including weep holes where required) in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork, stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masnory with solid block exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in paving, sub base for flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TRIMIX CONCRETE FLOORING 50mm thick using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded granite stone aggregate by corporating an approved metallic floor hardner of 4 Kg/m² laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished by using power floater and trowel grinding machine complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with Pre-formed bitumious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'A' thickness of slab is 100mm all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound using grade "B" all as specified and directed.

Removing of basket ball pole and refixing the same as per WSF standard, after raise the required hight of pole including necessary foundation PCC 1:2:4 , 20mm graded aggregate, nut, bolt, steel for increasing of height and painting of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for WSF approved standard game line making for basket ball court including high-quality acrylic sports court paint for base complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed.
