Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hotmixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement conctrete (un-reinfoeced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as directed.

Dismantling roof textile coverings including frames(if any) and cover fillets(measured flat not girthed) all as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with water proofing compound and finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, benching etc rounded or chamfered angles and throating including water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 with water proofing compound over levelling course, finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound conforming to IS all as specified.

M&L priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 complete all as specified.

M&L for applying evently a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm applied on the cleaned surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 with water proofing compund on fair faces of brick on concrete slab & sides of sunken portion, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in, foundation filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, subbase to floors complete all as specified and a directed.

M&L for 25mm bore GI tubes medium grade as spout pipe for draining out water from sunken floor complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan of 'Orissa' pattern of size 580 x 440mm, white, with integral foot rests, complete including provision of lime concrete bedding all as directed.

S&F in repairs 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless symphonic action type flushing cistern low level white with inlet ball valve, float and handle/push including brackets and PVC flushing pipe 32mm bore, complete all as specified.

Removing plants, weeds etc.,on chajjas, roofs, walls at any position and at any situation of height upto and including 03 storeys/10m, RCC roof papapets and spraying weed controlling chemical using glyphosate or equivalent in dosages as per manufactures instructions, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore stop valve of PTMT (minimum wt. 90gms) any colour high prssure screwed for iron pipe and fixed all as specified.

S&F PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 300x200mm x 6 to 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC (SWR) pipes 110/75mm internal dia laid in trenches or fixed to walls incl all fittings complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.
