Supply only approved earth obtained from outside MD land including transportation, loading, unloading and multiple handling including all allied royalty, Octori, toll taxes etc., complete. Note:- The soil supplied under this item for forming embankments (Sl. item no 8 to 16) shall be granular soil with Peak effective angle of friction of 30 degree. Soil to be free from organic and other deleterious matter . Coefficient of uniformity Cu shall be greater than or equal to 2. Plasticity Index shall not exeed 6. The grading of the soil shall be as under : % Passing through 75 mm-100%, % Passing through 4.75mm- 5-100%, % passing through 425 micron-60-90% & % passing through 75 Micron Less than 15%. The soil shall be tested as per the frequency and other norms as specified in MoRTH for the purpose of forming embankments to achieve the desired compaction and got approved from AGE(I) before bringing the soil to work site.
Material and labour for Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4, using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay Geo Cell BIS certified, a three dimensional honeycomb like cellular confinement system having weld spacing 445 mm and cell depth 200 mm of Make TECHFAB India or techno commercial equivalent indigenously manufactured by blend of various polythelene and additives, polyethylene strips ultrasonically welded consisting of multiple rhomboidal indentation over the entire strip (All as specified in MORTH Section 700 & IRC SP 59-2019) complete all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for filling Geocell with vegetative soil (Approved Soil obtained from excavation to be used) complete all as specified and directed.
Material and Labour for spreading, filling and levelling of gravel from approved sources in layers of thickness exceeding 15cm as in filling Geocell complete all as specified and directed.

Material nad labour for Providing & fixing in position at site Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as in Gabion mattress/apron as per IS 16014:2012, MoRTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%), Zinic+10% Al alloy+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged / selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per metre of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD) complete all as specified and directed. (Filling of boulders shall be measured and paid for seperately)
Material and Labour for Boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in Gabion Boxes (wire crate apron) etc., of least dimension of 200 mm, all as shown on drgs complete as per directions of Engineer -in-charge. (Gabion basket / boxes will be measured and paid seperately in item No. 27 above) (Net Qty of filling will be arrived at after deduction of 30 % for voids)
Material and labour for 100mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in Sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and Pavings, etc., complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using pigment laid in alternate panels etc., complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and lay at or near ground level factory made kerb stone (size 450mm x 150mm x 300mm) of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix Perforated Drain pipe of 160mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl - chloride (CPVC) pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix CPVC Tees for 160mm dia CPVC for drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix CPVC bends for 160mm dia CPVC for drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exceeding 10 cm in width and set and jointed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair face of block masonary in CM 1:4 and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
