Mandatory Documents

RequiredTreasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay Order or Bankers Cheque/ Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD. The EMD document shall only be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated.

RequiredEnlistment Order of Contractor. Also all the existing eligible contractor of CPWD are allowed to participate in this tender who have given the consent to enlisting authority for change into composite category. However, they will require uploading a copy of consent letter duly acknowledged by the office o enlisting authority as well as copy of existing enlistment order.

RequiredCertificate of Registration for GST and acknowledgement of upto date filed return as per NIT Stipulation. It is mandatory to upload scanned copies of all the documents including GST Registration as stipulated in the bid documents. If such document is not uploaded, the bid will become invalid and processing fee shall not be refundable.
