M&L for solar light fixing assembly made of 3 .00 mtrs long 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe having a base plate of GI flange top plate made of 8mm thick MS plate of size 150x150mm duly welded with the pipe including supply and fixing of 4Nos of 10mm dia X 100mm long anchor bolts with nut and washers for fixing of base flange in the roof top necessary clamps to be fixed on the pipe for fixing of 30 watts solar security light complete all as specified and directed. Note : 30 Watts solar security light, flood light & PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respctive items.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete , street light foundation etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm mm 4 core and connecting up with necessary glands,lugs etc as required complete all as specifed and directed .

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 sqmm 2 core and connecting up with necessary glands,lugs etc as required complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sub Main wiring with 2 runs of FRLS grade 1100 volt unsheathed PVC insulated cable of single core 1.5sq mm (nominal area) multi-stranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC CONDUIT of suitable size with ISI marked incl all specials like joint elbow, Tee, junction , bend etc and provision of single run of FRLS grade 1100 V rated PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor single core 1.5sq mm for earth continuity all as directed.

Note: Two runs of phase wire, one run earth wire and one run PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM length

Supply and Fix 30W solar Street Light With , Rated Life 30000 Hrs ,Solar Panel 6V 12W Polycrystalline , Lithium Ferrous 24 AH Batterey with all accessories complete , including GI Pipe bracket light grade of Size 40 mm dia 1.20 Mtr length and bend to shape at 120 Degree with clamps nut bolts etc ,Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The contractor shall produce written guarantee for a period of 2 years for service replacement warranty from the certified date of completion.In addition, security deposit @ 2.5% on the cost of light fittings shall be produced in favour of GE(AFA)Hyderabad and the same will be released on the successful completion of the Guarantee period.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of out door type,platform mounted panel of size 1.20(H)mtrx0.9(W)mtrx0.20(D)mtr and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet vermin proof factory powder coated with 50x6 mm angle totally Enclosed with front door opening . All door sholud have neaprene rubber gasket and locking arrangements with degree of protection IP 54. the panel shall be comprising with the following accessories:-

M&L for road cutting for laying LT UG cable including making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B2 of 300 mm thick finished smooth to match with existing surface over rammed earth complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply and filling river sand to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including spreading and punning down , watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thickness of sand filling will be paid after punning.

Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 laid in trenches across the trench over the cable as cable protection complete all as directed .

M&L for Steel Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised 40mm dia, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors / trenches / pole complete all as specified and directed.
