Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft / hard rock or chieselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including, shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering, wherever required, stacking the useable and unuseable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returing the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm ( Fifteen centimeter ) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / un-useable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinths in all leads and lift and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in: foundation and plinths
Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 Cm. wide complete in all respect i/c carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3) 1cement:1.5 sand: 3 stone aggreegate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reingorcement for reinforced concrete work in :- Foundation footing basis of columns etc.and mass concrete.
Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10 mtr thickness i/c attached pilasters.buttresses,plinths and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto floor two level including carriage of material complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.
Pdg and laying Cement Concret 1:5:10 ( 1Cement: 5 Sand 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/ Breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as HPPWD specification.
Stone /boulder filling under the floors/ behind the retaing wall complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete M10 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Pdg and laying Cement Concret 1:2:4 ( 1Cement: 2 Sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.within all leads and lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement of RCC work i/c bending ,binding and placing in position in complete up to floor two level in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing RCC Work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 Sand) complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.
Laying 150mm dia GMS/MS Pipes conforming to relevants BIS codes of below mentioned diameters fully jointed with MS Flanges of Table - 5 as per IS :6392 - 1971 excluding the cost of excavation in trenches in complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & fixing CI sluice valve 150mm dia Leader/ kirloskar/Kartar / LP Brand Approved make (with hand wheel) as per IS 780:1984 Class - I upto 300mm dia. i/c brass spindle & as per 2906 - 1984 Class II for diameter more than 300mm complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. (The tail pieces if required shall be measured & paid seprately) complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts.
Providing, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked GMSERW pipes of various grade L-210" /A conforming to IS/ISO-3183-2007 or its equivalent API specifications latest with upto date amendments of following dia with upto date amendments having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date amendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces, tees, bends and other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specification as per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The pipe shall haves zinc coating inside & out side conforming to IS/ISO-4736-1986 or latest with upto date amendments & shall be engraved with grade "L-290" code IS/ISO-3183-2007 or its equivalent. The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date amendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (MS Flanges and butt welding joint shall be measured and paid for separately).( 95 % of the total Joints for Butt Welding & 5% of the total joints for MS Flanges). 200mm dia 4.8 mm thick.
Laying,Jointing and testing in trenches Galvanized mild steel pipe of 150mm dia (Medium Grade) with M.S. flanged/butt weld pipes of below mentioned dia and grade conforming to IS 1239-2004 (with latest ammendments). The laying of pipe shall confirm to BIS-5822 (with latest ammendments uptodate) The M.S. flanges & butt welding to be measured and paid for separately) including all kind of specials such as bends of all degree to be made from parent tube, short pieces, tail pieces all made from parent tube and to the entire satisfaction of enginer-in-charge. ( Earth work in trenches, M.S. flanges and butt welded joints to be measured and paid for separately)
Providing and welding M.S. flanges at every 100 mtrsjoints, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) with plain end GMS/MSERW pipe in Threded of layers on (2 outer +1inner) both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of MSERW pipes to be measured and paid for seprately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts. The thickness of gasket sheet not less then 3.00mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done to the entire satifaction of in respects with all leads and lifts as per directed of Engineer-in-charge.
