Of VG-10 (80/100) grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement:2 marble dust mixed with water proofing compund all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making khurras 450 x 450mm with average minimum thickness 50mm cement concrete 1 : 2:4 over P.V.C. Sheet 1 Mtr. x 1 Mtr. x 40micron finished with 12mm cement plaster 1 : 3 and one coat of neat cement, rounding edges and making and finishing the out let complete.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Providing and Erecting typical Citizen's information Board as per approved drawing & specification made of two MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size 900mm x 750mm stiffend by angle iron 25mmx25mm x 3mm all around the plate & plates fixed on frame of 75mm dia pipe of 12 SWG sheet (vertical post 3050 mm with angle holdfasts and horizontal member 900mm) to be joined by embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 600mmx 600mm x 750 mm size below ground level as per enclosed drawings & as directed by Engineering incharge. All MS will be stove anmeled on both side lettering. Figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthethic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per Specification.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.
