Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable, 80 mm sand laid before laying and 150 mm after laying the cable complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI tube light grade 80 mm dia complete all as specifed & directed.

Supply and laying best quality bricks locally availanle sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as specified & directed.

Taking up steel tubing 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out PVC insulated LT electric cable with aluminium conductor of any size and description from panels/ poles/ trenches/ pipe/ duct etc setting aside for measurement meant for credit purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissionning and testing of outdoor LT panel board kiosk type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick vermin proof factory made CPRI approved, with copper bus bar of capacity 800 Amps for 3 phase and neutral with necessary angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm support frame including two coats powder painting over a coat of red oxide primer and grout in PCC complete all as specified and directed comprising of the followings:- (A) INCOMING : (a) MCCB 415 V, 500 A, 4 pole with over load , short circuit and earth fault protection with earth module breaking capacity 35 KA-01 No (b) Multi function meter for measuring V,A,F,kW,KVA etc (c) Indicator lamps RYB LED type(Set of Three)-01 No (d) CT coils 400/5 A-03 Nos (B) OUTGOING : (a) MCCB 125 A, 415 V, 4 pole with over load short circuit protection, breaking capacity 35 KA - 03 Nos (b) MCCB 100 A, 415 V, 4 pole with over load short circuit protection, breaking capacity 25 KA - 03 No (c) MCCB 63 A, 415 V , 4 pole with over load short circuit protection, breaking capacity 25 KA - 03 No (d) MCCB 40 A, 415 V, 4 pole with over load short circuit protection, breaking capacity 25 KA -02 Nos (e) Wiring of above accessory with suitable size of copper conductor cable Note :-(i) All MCCBs / instruments / MCBs / Bus Bar shall be housed in a separate housing with on- off latches in the housing. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earthpit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level , connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm thick by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No -4 connected to machinary /panel complete including PCC pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1, pre cast RCC(1: 1 1/2:3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia mild steel deformed bar 15cc and suitable handle of 10 mm Dia round bar including necesary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of soil to a distance n.exc 50m all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of cable XLPE /PVC insulated armoured and sheathed LT 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of following size complete all as specified and directed.
