Material and labour for broken stone (granite/ basalt) hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled, rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drain including forms/ moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' old size bricks well burnt locally available, laid flat on sloped sides of drains or in any other situation on compacted earth surface, jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging with sub class 'B' bricks old size well burnt locally available, with width equal to the length of the brick, laid dry on edge on compacted earth surface, jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) for drains or in any other situation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in coping, junctions of brick edging and brick lining for drains as in benching etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings including attached pillasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm from serial item No.12 here-in-before, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exc.50metres and deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as directed.

Material and labour for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, and culvert slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations,footings, bases of column, raft and raft beams, side and soffit (if any ) of foundation and plinth beam and similar works, vertical or batter etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircese railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc. vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exc. 200 mm thick for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as directed.
