Demolishing RCC work by manually / mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters leas as per direction Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

12mm cement plaster in 1:3 mix. finished with a floating coat of neat cement (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanizd iron / steel work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. a) Two or more coat on new work

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc complete. a) On concrete work.

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 16.00 Km. by M.T b) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 16.00 Km. by M.T c) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 16.00 Km. by M.T d) Stones / boulders from local nallah for an av. Lead of 10.00 km. by M.T.
