Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5 m n.exc 3.0 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m in depth and not exc 3.0m in depth in hard/dense soil for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, with approved earth obtained from excavation after removal of grass, vegetation etc. including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in each layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and disposing off the excavated material/soil exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m complete all as specified and directed. Note: For payment purposes, quantity of excavation after deduction of the quantity of returning filling, shall only be payable under this item.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion ,digging out roots and levelling the ground ,removal of debris out side the MD land.(girth of tree exc 30cm and n.exc 100 cm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm,deposited,spread and levelled in layers of n.exc 15 cm thickness with broken stone or boulders, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams , side and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter, for flat and fair finished concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining wall, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc, vertical or to batter, for flat and fair finished surfaces of the concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions Square,rectangular on plan for fair finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders,bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for fair finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L RCC (Design Mix) M-30 grade in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L RCC (Design Mix) M-30 grade in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT bars of Fe-500 D grade conforming to IS: 1786, 10 mm dia & over, including cutting to length, bent to shape required, cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 21.00 here in above but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls etc and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Broken glass coping on top of walls In cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm outer dia, HDPE pipes (PE-63 grade), Class 3, 06 Kgf / Sqcm, in any length, laid through weep holes in the masonary wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Pre-formed PVC filler board 25 mm thick for Crumple/expansion joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain, galvanised, mild sheeting, straight flashings with grade of zinc coating 275 1.00mm thick fixed with screws in RCC walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, including all necessary extra joints, laid and jointed complete with collars Bore of pipe 600 mm including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Stone walling of random rubble, (except stone ) masonry uncoursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6. (Except stone) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel Framed work as in doors or Gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line will be measured

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised barbed razor type concertina coil DG hot galvanised spring for site wire having 1.45 to 1.50 Kg/metre and dia of coil when stretched 610 mm complete all as specified and directed..

M & L Cement concrete using type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in bed blocks , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The drawing followed as per the above schedule is based on SBC value of 150 KN/Mtr2 given in TD. GE Should ensure the same and if the SBC encountered is less than the specified value then design should be got done from CE zone and drgs should revised accordingly.

Geo Technical sub soil investigation for security/retaining wall by mechanicallly drilling holes 100mm dia & 6m deep with detailed report for SBC calculation etc.
