Dismantling and taking out old broken prestressed concrete poles in any location and of any size complete all as directed.

Taking down old aluminium conductors including GI wire, insulators of any type from poles in any location complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc. from poles /2 pole/ 4 pole structures complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete with accessories all as specified and as directed .

Supply and errecting prestressed concrete pole 11m long 152mmx152mm at top and 152mmx260mm at bottom of class 9, including Painting upto 1.5 mtr from coping in alternate layers of black and yellow color paint and numbering of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height,150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain,vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts including complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No1 with 20 mm dia stay rod, stay wire and loop insulator complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of 95 Sq mm 3 core after removing old unserviceable PILCA/XLPE cable & cable covers etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Earth work and cable protection will be measured and paid separately).

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for supply, stringing and fixing on poles, testing and comissioning of overhead lines ACSR conductor on existing RCC/ steel poles including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire of 14 SWG on insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia for continuous earth, cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular complete all as specified and as directed.

Painting to existing PCC poles 11 Mtr long long with one coat of synthetic enamel paint in alternate strips of black and yelow colours 30 cm height each, total 05 Nos, commencing form the top of PCC coping incuding painting of coss arms, nut bolts, clamps etc as fixed on pole with two coats of aluminium paint and marking pole No with paint as per approved pattern, complete all specified and as directed. (Numbring shall be hand written only, size of letter 100X10mm (Heightxwidth). Note :- Taking Proper shut down of Electric Supply will be responsibility of contractor for deploying painter on site/poles.

Servicing including calibration/ setting of all parameters and repairs of HT VCBs 11 KV of Crompton Greaves make 2013 Model complete incl cleaning and greasing including replacing of unserviceable parts, replacement of unsv copper wiring as per existing and testing for satiafactory operation as per manufacturer's standards complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Spares shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Servicing shall be carried out by authorised rep of OEM or State Electricity Board.

M&L for earthing in repairs complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earthpit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 4, connected to machinary /panel complete including PCC pit in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1, pre cast RCC (1:1-1/2:3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bars 15cm c/c and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar including necesary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Scratching cleaning and preparation of old painted external surfaces to transformer 75 to 200 KVA with two coats gray clour synthetic enamell paint and writing SM/MES nos complete all as specified and as directed.

Scratching cleaning and preparation of old painted external surfaces to transformer 250 to 400 KVA with two coats gray clour synthetic enamell paint and writing SM/MES Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electric connections of incoming and outgoing cable and taking down the defective transformers indoor/ outdoor type 11 KV/433 volts of capacity 75 KVA to 400 KVA from any position by hiring Crane service for lifting up & down and transporting to auth workshop for repairs, shifting back the same to site after repairs and installing at original position complete all as directed, connecting up, commissioning and testing. Note : (a) The item includes for draining out transformer oil, opening up transformer taking out core, HV and LV windings to detect faults, reassembling the transformer after necessary repairs including replacement of top rubberised/ fiber gasket and worn out fastners such as nuts, bolts and washers for fixing of top covers (b) Spares shall be measured and paid separately.

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil of transformer any capacity indoor/ outdoor type with dehydration machine including checking of dielectric strength of transformer oil before and after dehydration complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and topping up the insulating oil for transformer of appropriate grade confirming to IS- 335 suitable for 11 kV/433 volts step down transformser.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables and getting out in soft/lose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 40 here-in before but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer in soft/lose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable including punning down the sand to over all 18 cm thickness, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Consolidated/ punned sand will be measured for payment purpose. (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

Un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable covers conforming to IS-5820-1970, class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair GI tube light grade 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L road boring by mechanical means for passing 80 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, coping to pole etc., including dismantling/ breaking the existing concrete including necessary form work if required and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surfaces of coping/platform complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs synthetic Rubber insulated mats 25 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety for voltage upto 11 kv (size 2x1m) complete all as specified and as directed.

Periodical cutting / trimming of branches of trees along, above and below the HT/ LT overhead lines upto 03 mtrs of the conductors including removing the same and dumping complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Periodical schedule shall be fixed by the GE.

Disconnecting HT and LT Cables of transformer 11/.433 KV (in the AOR of Nabha Mil Stn) upto 400 KVA cap and shifting of transformer with in the S/S or to another S/S and reconnecting the HT LT cables including tightening of nut bolts omplete all as specified and as directed.

Attending day to day HT/ LT electrical repair work (in the jurisdiction of AGE EM Nabha Cantt) as intimated by Engineer in Charge/ JE/ SBA by deploying dedicated team of adequately qualified electricians and helpers having good knowledge and experience of HV / LV line and fault rectification for attending the complaints like replacement of HT fuse wire/ replacement of HT jumper/re-laying of cable after excavation for extension of loop for making connection with LT Panel or pole/ repair of GOD male / female contact/ repair maintenance of HT OH line and fault finding/ Balancing of load on each transformer. Note : (i) Earth work required for job shall be measured under respective item of Schedule. (ii) Contractor shall provide all T&P including safety equipment such as Bamboo ladders, screw drivers, wire /cable cutters with blades, multi meters, cutting pliers, torch lights etc for protection of the tradesman including safety dress, hand gloves, rubber boots, safety belt, helmets, complaint register, Job Card and necessary transportation required for attending complaints/ faults / brakedowns (iii) On intimation of any type of fault tripping of HT / LT switch gear incomer as well as outgoing feeder, the contractor shall be responsible to locate the fault by deploying tradesmen, helpers required as per the gravity/ nature of the work involved to restore the power supply and communiate with SBA on duty and getting permit card for working on HT lines, deposit the permit card after rectification of fault within a reasonable time as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
