Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down submain wiring of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Takind down distribution boards (DB's) of any size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flame proof point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor fire resistant low smoke (FRLS-H) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS-694 drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit (min 20mm dia (external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No. 19.125 of SSR Part-I) ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, pressed steel terminal boxes duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer, etc fixed flush to the wall with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS-H PVC insulated unsheathed copper earth wire to common earth dolly, including cutting chases in brick/block/stone masonry wall and replastering and making good to match the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed for one light or one fan controlled by one switch. Note: Cost of cutting & forming chases for conduits and sunken boxes and making good shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates of this item.

S&F Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 6A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED light fitting 1x16 W flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sub main wiring with two run of single core (FRLSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor (multistranded) having nominal area 2.5 Sqmm drawn through existing conduit concealed type and making electric connections including one run (FRLSH) PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable 2.5Sqmm as a earth continuity conductor drawn through existing PVC conduit, including cutting chases in brick wall wherever necessary, replastering and making good to match the existing specifications including taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Rates are deemed to be included chases of conduit and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit (ii) Two run of 2.5 sqmm single core (FRLSH) PVC insulated copper conductor cable one run of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLSH) as a earth lead including one run of PVC conduit will be measured as a one unit.

S&F Flame proof exhaust fan of size 230mm sweep with louvers and making suitable size hole and making the surface to match with the existing including electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Flame proof DB SPN 4 way, double door, 240V with MCB SPN 32 Amp -01 No and MCB SP 6-32 Amp - 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 25 x 3mm aluminium strip complete with saddles and fixing screws and insulators at the interval of not more than 1m for down conductors above the ground including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 32 x 6mm size galvanised iron strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe pr fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) The unit rate shall deemed to include for Test point, PCC pit, 32x6mm GI earth strip from top of the earth plate up to 7.5m above ground level and 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe up to 7.5m. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

S&F in replacement Test point terminal block made Test point terminal block made bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil , not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, electric cables, water supply pipe lines, poles, struts/stays,for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting outcomplete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soil , not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, electric cables, water supply pipe lines, poles, struts/stays,for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting outcomplete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning (tibba sand) to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : 18 cm punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay stone patti 40 to 50mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 35 cm wide and not less than 80cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm bore pipe light grade GI tube 1.5m length bent to shape 0.9 vertical and 0.6 M to angle of 120 degree, fixed with 02 Nos of clamps made out of MS flat iron 32x4mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts and duly painted the bracket with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC insulated round three core FRLSH cable with copper conductor conductor 1.5 Sqmm for connecting street light fitting from junction box including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement street light junction box of size not less than 200x140x95mm which is totally safe, shock proof, impact resistant, weather proof, dust proof, rust proof, halogen and silica free, having internal embedded gasket technology made of PUR with suitable degree of protection and cable glands including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down LT UG XLPE cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, 10 SQmm 4 core and 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid seperately.

Relaying of LT UG XLPE cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, 10 SQmm 4 core and 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Returning, filling in, removal of excavated material, sand filling and cable protection cover shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, lay in trenches, joint, test and commission in replacement cable LT XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductors 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core including fixing on walls and poles, passing though ducts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, lay in trenches, joint, test and commission in replacement cable LT XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductors 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 Core including fixing on walls and poles, passing though ducts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply, lay in trenches, joint, test and commission in replacement cable LT XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductors 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core including fixing on walls and poles, passing though ducts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F in replacement LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED flood light 120 watt, 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp incuding taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to LT Panel door and Distribution board door of size not more than one Sqm with the help of 2mm thick CRCA sheet including fixing of hinges and tower bolt with the help of welding machine and painting of CRCA sheet with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
