Drilling of bore wells in alluvial soil or sedimentary strata of clay and sand or sand stone, shale, pebbles, boulders etc., by first taking a pilot bore of 150 mm dia and then enlarging to the required dia by direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method including charges for all T&P, cost of fuel, labour charges, bentonite mud and water required for drilling at the site shown by the departmental officers including construction of mud pit etc., complete.

Upto 60m depth ending below ground level

Above 60m depth upto 90m.

Drilling of 160 mm dia bore wells above the overburden soil in hard rock areas to the required depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipes assembly in the drilled holes, if necessary grouting the casing pipe etc., including transportation charges for the rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another place (the casing pipe has to be supplied by the contractor at the rates noted in a separate item)

Drilling of 110 mm dia bore wells above the overburden soil in hard rock areas to the required depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipes assembly in the drilled holes, if necessary grouting the casing pipe etc., including transportation charges for the rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another place (the casing pipe has to be supplied by the contractor at the rates noted in a separate item)

Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs, fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site ( Site will be shown by the departmental Officers) including construction of mud pit.(only Calyx drills are to be used).

Reaming the bore well from 150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the departmental officers

Provision for Labour charges for pumbing test by providing all machinery and accessories required and including cost of transportation charges and flushing the borewell for 2 hours (as per quotation)

Supplying and fixing of MS clamp for holding 110mm / 75mm PVC pipe borewell platform including cost of materials, Labour charges, Conveyance charges etc complete.

Charges for developing the bore well with air compressor of 300 CFM capacity (minimum 8 Hrs.) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by the departmental officers and conducting yield test by ' V ' notch methods.

Supplying of PVC casing pipe assembly (with slots and without slots) in the drilled holes including jointing the pipes with PVC couplers with PVC adhesive etc., complete and supplying and packing annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing of 110 mm dia 6 Kg/ cm2 PVC inner pipes with Clamps suitable to dia of Bore well provided with slotted to the required depth as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of 75 mm dia 6 Kg/ cm2 PVC inner pipes with Clamps suitable to dia of Bore well provided with slotted to the required depth as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earth work open well excavation complying with relevant clauses of TNDSS well sinking and with lead upto 10 m in sand silt or other loose soil, wet soil or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sand loam and ordinary soil - first depth of 2 m.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement,two Sand, and four hard broken granite jelly) using 20mm hard broken granite jelly and river sand to the work including centring, curing and finishing etc., complete complying with the standard specifications.

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick complete complying with standard specifications

Fabricating and supplying of Protection Box for observation bore well using 5 mm thick M.S. Steel Plates to the dimension of 650 mm * 400 mm. Height of box at rear side is 530 mm and 450 mm at front side. Top cover with projection to be provided with necessary hinges and pad lock arrangement to open and lock the box. Necessary arrangements to be provided at the bottom of the box to embed the box with concrete platform.The cost includes all materials, labour for welding, one coat red oxide primer, painting with two coats of approved enamel paint, Bolt, Nut, Dindigul/Godrej Lock and Key, writing the bore well details on the protection cover and transporting to the following bore well site as directed by the departmental officers.As per Quotation.

Supplying of M.S.Grill enclosure of size 1.50 x 1.50 x 1.80 inclusive of one M.S. Grill gate of size 0.75 x 1.50 m and covering the top portion of size 1.50 x 1.50 m as per specifications. The M.S. Grill enclosure should have 5 Nos. of the vertical M.S. Angle of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm for the four corners and one at near gate. The alround horizontal ties are done with three numbers of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. angle one at bottom, one at middle and one at top, 16 x 16mm M.S. Square rod are to be provided in between the vertical angles at 15 cm c/c. in all the four sides and top.The gate should be of 0.75 x 1.50 m size with 40 x 40 x6 mm M.S. angle alround and one horizontal at middle including 16 x 16 mm M.S. square rod between vertical ties at 15cm c/c with necessary aldrop for locking arrangements. A 0.60 x 0.60m size name board plate of 6 mm thickness should be welded on the grill gate. The cost includes all cost of materials required, labour charges for cutting threading, welding, bolt and nuts, one coat red oxide with two coats of enamal paint, Writing Letters on the name board etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.
