ITEM No.1 :- Supply and installation of Cast in situ IAAF approved Synthetic Athletics SANDWICH track system. The system should consist of application of 3 layer in situ installed self leveling layers broadcasted with rubber granules. This systems offers athletes maximum comfort and highest available performance and globally used in competitions. The particularity of this system lies in the application of a primer on the asphalt substructure, bottom and middle layers of liquid PU mixed with SBR granules, top layer of Liquid PU mixed as per manufacturer instructions and EPDM broadcasting on top. The system consumption ratios consists of application of primer layer of 0.25 kg/sqm, base layer of SBR granules (1-4 millimetre) with 3 kg/sqm mixed with binder 2.2 kg/sqm, middle layer of SBR granules (1-4mm) with 2kg/sqm mixed with binder 2.2 kg/sqm, top wear coat of liquid PU binder with consumption of 2.80 kg/sqm and EPDM granules of 1-4 millimetre broadcasted in the range of 2.6 kg / sqm net. The system should be approved as IAAF class 1 with a certificate and line marking should be done as per the IAAF norms. The contractor shall test all material from IAAF accredited laboratory to obtain class 1 IAAF certificate and all the charges borne by the contractor, all test results required according to DIN V 18035-6:2004-10.

ITEM No.2 :-Providing and placing in position 100 millimetre thick factory made machine batched and machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers perforated on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 millimetre diametre TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100 millimetre centre to centre on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 millimetre thick , 100 millimetre wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 millimetre diametre bar for hooks etcetera i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etcetera all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM No.3 :- Providing and Fixing Aluminium track Curbing with fixing arrangement having size 60 X 50 millimetre box type having weight 1 kg/ Rmt. Top held in place by 10 millimetre tall ribed feet raised 10 millimetre of the track surface for rapid drainage each section of curbing shall be milled to allow easy drop in or removed corresponding section annodized finished and IAAF certified.

ITEM No.4 :- Providing and fixing Hammer throwing circle / ring of IAAF approved.

ITEM No. 5 :- Providing and fixing Shot put throwing circle / ring of IAAF approved.

ITEM No. 6 :- Providing and fixing Take of boards alongwith plasticine indication boards and banking boards for long jump of IAAF approved.

ITEM No.7 :- Providing and fixing Take of boards alongwith plasticine indication boards and banking boards for triple jump of IAAF approved.
