Providing and applying HS TPO Membrane of 1.2mm thick over the layer of 200gsm Geo-Textile with overlap joints of 75 mm in both longitudinal and transverse direction of the TPO, sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with terminating strip and fix it by screw at 300 mm c/c and seal with HS Jointseal PU on top including surface preparation like remove all loose gravels, dirt, oil, grease and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. PCC / cementitious covering of 75 mm radius shall be provided at all junctions between vertical and horizontal faces before application of TPO completely as per specification and direction. NOTE:- Work to be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturers as specified in PS with prior approval of GE.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block, 1:11⁄2:3 (1 Cement: 11⁄2: coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Material and labour for 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand), finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
