SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III-B (SITE CLEARANCE, EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK)
Removing excavated material (soil) to a place outside defence land including loading, unloading, transportation, levelling and any other charges complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- There is no spare space available for storing the excavated earth for a longer time. Therefore the contractor shall be required to remove the surplus excavated earth as soon as one truck load earth is available or otherwise the same shall be removed every week even if one truck load is not available. Contractor shall have no claim on this account.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-V-B (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)
Supply and fixing industrial type exhaust fan 240 volts, 50 Hz, AC , 600 mm sweep, 900 RPM single phase with louvers and shutters mounting MS rag and bolts etc. and provision with PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3 core 1.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor cable FRLSH of suitable length from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing 200 watt high bay luminaries LED type including electronic driver, heat sink aluminum reflector complete with fixing arrangement on wall/ceiling such as GI bracket nuts, bolts, clamps for fixing support connected with 3 core flexible copper cable PVC insulated of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground in any type of strata (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 25x4mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc. mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete all as specified and as directed. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VI-B (ROAD/HARDSTANDING)
Excavation for road work in any type of soil/strata with hydraulic excavator of 0.90 cum bucket capacity including cutting and location tipper, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the surplus earth out side defence land including loading, unloading, transporting and levelling complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with 8 to 10 tonne capacity vibrator power roller or suitable method/equipment and construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibrator power roller or suitable method/equipment to achieve the desired density, complete all as specified in MORTH specifications and as directed.
Material and labour for providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with 8 to 10 tonne capacity vibratory roller or suitable method/equipment to achieve the desired density complete all as specified in MORTH specifications and as directed.
Material and Labour for laying dry lean cement concrete sub base over well prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-I, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 MPa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor or suitable equipment/method, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete all as specified in MORTH specifications and as directed.
Material and labour for construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 53 grade cement @ 400 Kg per Cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, during compound, finishing to lines and grades as specified complete all as specified in MORTH specifications and as directed.
