Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, tubular poles or laying of pipes, or for removal / laying of cables etc., not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil including dressing / trimming sides and levelling / grading and ramming of bottoms of excavation, complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading of natural, clean and dry river sand in trenches for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Returning, filling in, in soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm., complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay burnt clay fly ash bricks class 'B', old size, designation 75, size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm, laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick equal to width of trench, complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing, light grade, ISI marked, galvanised including short lengths, laid in trenches / fixed to walls / ceilings or laid in floors / laid in ducts / laid under road crossing for cables, complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.,), 40mm bore of pipe, including taking down existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Necessary excavation and earthwork for taking down old and unserviceable GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and erection of steel tubular pole, swaged type 410-SP 31(9.0m long) as per IS:2713 (part I to III) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws including dismantling of exsiting pole, complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive for the provision of following works:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.57 m deep for pole foundation and getting out in soft / loose soil, RFR in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m. (b) PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation 900mm x 600mm cross section and planting depth 1.5 m for concrete encasing the pole upto GL. (c) PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for plinth block / collar above GL 500mm high and 450mm dia. (d) Painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5m above plinth block. (e) Writing letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade not exceeding 5cm height including numbering of pole. NOTE:- Manufacture's test certificate shall be produced before execution work. MAKE:- National tuubing Co. Kanpur or BCW Kanpur or M/s Sohan Lal & Sons or United Engineers, Kanpur.

Supply and install 70/72 Watt new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10kV built-in surge protection device, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: Bajaj cat part ENXTP72LWHCR PCSD or HAVELLS cat part- ENDURACITYLINERNEO SL70W LED7S7PASYBOT6 or PHILIPS cat part - BRPO32LED70CWMR PSUGRDX or techno-commercially equivalent model in any one of the makes in list of makes as mentioned here-in-before.

GI bracket for security light and street light fittings fabricated with GI tubing 40 mm dia 'medium grade', 1.5 m long, bent to suitable radiius including 2 sets of clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including painting with aluminium paint, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Bus bar chamber box of size 300mm x 200mm x 150mm deep fabricated out of mild steel sheet 1.6 mm thick, made having locking arrangement and having two aluminium bus bar strip pf size 25 x 3 mm, 20 cms long mounted on insulators, one SP MCB 10 Amp fixed, 2 clamps made of mild steel flat of size 25 x 3mm duly painted with two coats of aluminium oxide with nuts and bolts of appropiate size to fix box to pole, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC insulated, FR grade, PVC round sheathed copper conductor multi core round (flexible) industrial cable 1100 V grade with bright annealed electrolytic bare copper conductor, size 2.5 sq.mm 2 core confirming to IS-694-1990, complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvansied steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 V, grade, ISI marked as per IS-7098, cross-sectional area 10 sq.mm, 4 core, laid in trenches / on poles / walls including provision of suitable hardware accessories, connecting up, testing on completion and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Necessary excavation and earthwork for taking down old and unserviceable cable of any type, sand cushioning to cables and bricks as cable protection shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling or mass concrete or similar wrok complete all as specified & directed.

Steel work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wires, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long dia of neck 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc primer complete all as specified & directed.

Brickwork with Fiy ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in wall, drain, etc, finishing the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.
