Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of not exc 3.00M cable etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5 M wide exc 1.5 M in depth for pole foundation, in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Protection to cable with one layer of bricks laid flat abutting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ burnt-clay bricks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: the gap between two adjustable bricks should not be exceed 10 mm )

M&L Un washed dry river sand as cushioning of under ground cable (8 cm thick layer of sand before laying of cable and 15 cm thick layer of sand after laying of cable) and punned after laying complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Only punned thickness will be measured

Taking out old un-servicable/ faulty PVC armoured LT under ground cable of any size any core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F or laying ross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of following cross-sectional area laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/walls/ceilings/ equipments etc including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: :- (i) Necessary excavation and earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Taking out old PCC cable cover & Re-laying after shifting of cable any type / any size from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudation,fillinf and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foudation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/ coping including necessary formwork, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with MS iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-64 (12.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for laying of pipe upto 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid in concern Item

Taking down non functional/ unserviceable /energy inefficient street /security light fittings of capacity upto 200W existing and re-fixing after minor repair to existing / directed location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S & F in replacement 4 sqmm solid conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed twin core cable flat or circular from over head ACSR conductor to fitting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of automatic Infrared Sensor used in NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level. Required illuminance level for Switching ON is<= 30 lux and for switching OFF>=10 lux. Supply jointing connecting in repair and testing, straight through joint, epoxy based complete with jointing material and all standard accessories suitable for XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable, LT 1100 Volts, aluminium conductor of 10/16/25 Sqmm suitable for 4 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm x 3 core from Juction box to street light complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting, trimming and prunning of trees, branches of any girth all around existing LT over head lines including cleaning the disturbed area beneath the LT overhead lines/LT Poles and removing the creepers/climbers tree branches and debris from site and depositing where directed at site complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for Servicing of complete high mast of any make any model, cap, height by greasing of wire rope, winch, motor with complete function, proper connection of light fittings in lantern carrage, cleaning & proper connection of High mast panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix / draw PVC insulated and sheathed trailing cable copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 5 core, EPR PCP round cable 1100 volt grade. Including taking down old cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED Type Aviation obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure, 302 Nos.
