Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500 mtr distance Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Water tank of any capacity shall be removed and fixed incl fittings if damaged after APP treatment)

Material and Labour for Wire brushing and cleaning topsurface of roof or cement concrete,including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total weight of cement in concrete Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measuerd and paid separately.

Material and labour for taking down , chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM (1:3) mix, 40mm thk in two coats, using polymer @ 15% by weight of cement Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and Labour for rendering 20 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 12 mm thick base coat and 8 mm thick finishing/final coat. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
