Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fitting fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH Cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH Cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light / fan controlled by one switch one way.

(b) Socket outlet 05 Amp on same board.

(c) Socket outlet 05 Amp on independent board.

(d) One bell / buzzer point controlled by one bell push

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC casing caping including all accessories etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken /surface boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly as per site requirment , covered with modular white cover plate with frame suitable for modular switches, sockets, regulators including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light / fan controlled by one switch one way.

(b) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

(c) One bell point controlled by one, bell switch 5 Amps

(d) One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

(e) point wiring for One light point controlled by two 2 way switch.

All as per Item No. 5 above but with multistranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade ISI-694 marked for 3 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet, independent, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly.

Supply and fix for metal flush box made of GI sheet with earth terminal including necessary cutting in wall and POP work as required for matching existing slot in wall complete all as specified and as directed for the following modual metal flush box

Attending the complaints of non functional and Preventive maintenance of storage type electric water heater (Geyser) of capacity 25/50 ltrs comprising of the following tasks at different locations of any make, complete all as specified and as directed.:-(a) Inspection of geyser after opening bottom cover plate.(b) Examine water tightness of storage tank.(c) Carry out operation of all stop cocks, pressure reducing valves, etc. to ensure free movement of the working parts.(d) Replace washers and glands of defective taps to ensure water tightness smooth functioning.(e) Inspect vent pipes and remove blockage obstruction if any.(f) Check and correct earth continuity of electrical items.(g) Check and correct temperature setting of thermostats and test its functioning.(h) Checking and adjustments of pressure reducing valves.(J) Checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve (PRV) by removing dead weight protection cleaning the seat and ensuring that the waste hole is not blocked / chocked. (k) Testing of Geysers after repairs/maintenance in all respect for proper functioning.

Taking down the unserviceable submain wiring of any type/ description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two runs of single core PVC insulated cable with multistranded FRLS copper conductor of size 4.0 Sq. mm nominal area and drawing through and including 20mm dia heavy duty non metallic rigid PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and conduit accessories, ISI marked including one run of PVC insulated 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) multistranded FRLS copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm main cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit)

All as per item No 36 but Submain wiring with 2 runs of 6 Sqmm size main cable and one run of 6 Sqmm size earth continuity conductor.

Supply and fix in repair for wall mounted LED 18/20watts with lumens out put not less than 2000 lumens white/ warm white, box type (decorative) light fitting, 230 volts with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and integrated electronic driver connector block etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting including LED tube 4' x 20watts complete all as specified and as directed. S & F in repair for wall mounted 18 watts indoor Inverter batten with opal diffuser, IP 20, with 4 hrs back up with out put of 1800 lumens , box type (decorative) light fitting, 230 volts with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and intregrated electronic driver connector block etc complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting including LED tube 4' x 18 watts complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Halonix Cat part No. LED INVERTER BATTEN HLB-08-18-CW-INV or equivalent Philips

Supply and replace for single core cable PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of following size from point wiring/Submain wiring including removal old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 1.5 Sq mm

(b) 2.5 Sq mm

Supply and fix for casing and capping heavy duty, size 20mm with all fittings including removal of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and replace for rigit PVC conduit 20mm dia. heavy duty of white/ ivory colour with all accessories and making good the disturbed seurfaces for laying of telephone cable complete including removal old existing unserviceable all as directed

Attending the complaints of non functional ceilling/exhaust fan of any sweep and testing and repairing the ceilling/exhaust fan by replacing of fan condencer, fan regulator and connection wire etc. and making fan serviceable including checking the strengh of Clamp, down rod and provision of check nuts and split pin all as directed. (Note :- Item such as fan condenser, fan regulator, 1.5 sqmm, 3 core copper flexible cable shall be measured and paid seperataly as 'Supply Only'.)

Supply only fan condencer, 2.5 Mfd, 240 volts for ceiling/Exhaust fan including PVC clamp complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only fan condencer, 4 Mfd, 240 volts for ceiling/Exhaust fan including PVC clamp complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down ceiling fan of any size/ sweep for repair or taken to work - shop for rewinding and refixing the fan after rewinding, cleaning dust, oiling, greasing, servicing, etc as per existing & connecting flexible 3 core cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note- Ball bearing, gun metal bush, rubber reel with clamp, nut-bolts, blade assy, outer body, canopy, rotor, stator etc shall be measured and paid separetaly as 'Supply Only' and rewinding item paid seperately under relevant item)

Supply only bearing No 6201/6202/6203 suitable for ceiling fans complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of any size with supper enameled copper wire of existing gauge including varnishing and drying complete reassembling and testing of size 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting the ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep with one coat with white colour synthetic enamel paint by spraying and filling cavaties with filler, after cleaning all dust etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 10Sq mm 2Core, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC sheathed in service connections one twin core cable flat or circular shape

Note : 1. Performance security:- Refer Condition 22 of Special Conditions. 2. Quoted Contract Sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of Credit Schedule (refer Schedule of Credit in pdf form for quantity, rate and amount etc.) for old unserviceable materials retrieved from site.
