Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders brackets, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc complete and removing all retrieved materials to MES stores for segregation of serviceable / unserviceable fitting & fixture and also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point / exhaust fan point / bell point controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push, with 1.5 Sq mm 1100 volts grade, with and including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cables as continuous earth wire connected to metallic bodies of luminaries / fans etc at one end and to common earth dolly at other end, complete wiring drawn through & PVC casing and capping of 25 mm and above (as per conductor run ) medium grade, ISI marked, including all accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and including Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches / sockets etc and making good surface by wall panelling etc, complete all as directed.

M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with Two run of 4 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and including one run 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn in to separate concealed medium grade, ISI marked, non metallic PVC conduit 15 mm dia size including all conduit accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl cutting chasing and making good of disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of concealed conduit & accessories is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The two run of 4 Sqmm main wire and one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire will be measured as one unit.

All as per srl item no. 33 here-in-before but with 2 run of 6.0 sq mm FRLS copper wire with 6.0 Sqmm FRLS copper cable as earth wire.
