Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50M including all lifts with leveling, ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Dismantling plain cement or lime concrete work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials, labours, royaly and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing TMT steel reinforcement 12mm dia bars as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of M.S bar to work site, cutting, bending end binding with annealed wire with cost of wire removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement 10mm dia bars as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of M.S bar to work site, cutting, bending end binding with annealed wire with cost of wire removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns for Mass Concrete.

Carriage of materials by diesel truck including loading at source, unloading at work site and stacking properly, labour, P.O.L. etc. all complete as per direction of E/I. Cement - Lead 2 km
