Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Brick work 7 cm thick with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 3.5 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Periodic cleaning of sewer line, sewer manhole,gully chamber by using bamboo/rod for clearing the sewer line,taking out sludge, debris, rubbish and other waste materials, if any, from the sewer line and flooding/flushing with sufficient quantity of water with pressure to ascertain through cleaning of drainage system for smooth and proper functioning of sewer line including disposal of the all waste material outside the muncipal limit or burried into pits at safe available distance as directed all complete. (Note-The operation includes cost of all and nothing shall be paid extra on any account)
