FDR to Panikara to Sangem Road from Km 10/2-4 in Warangal District

Construction of Cement concrete Road with pannel of size (1mx1m) with Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 35 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, (excluding seigniorage) conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including other incidental hire and operational charges of all T&P as per approved drawings and as directed during execution but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item as per SBD specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for CC Pavement.

Contraction sawn joint groove (using diamond studded blades) 2 mm wide and 1/3 depth of the Cement Concrete pavement (slab). These grooves shall be cut when the concrete is greenish.

Vacuum dewatering of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.7-0.8 atmophere as per the standard procedure, floating with power floater vibrating, using screed vibrator, mechanical trowelling, finishing with sound edges and corners, including hire and operational charges of machinery Jobour, fuel etc., complete for finished iten as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
