Rectifying the defects in LED/ fluroscent tube/ CFL light fittings any type and at any height, ceiling rose, electric bell by tightening loose connections and rectifying defects, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Opening switch mounting plate at normal height upto 1.5 m, rectifying the defects in fittings and fixtures such as switches, bell push, fan regulator, sockets etc by tightening loose connections, refixing switch plate and testing complete all as directed. Note for Item Nos 1.00 & 2.00: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the fitting and fixtures functional. If replacement of parts/ items is required to make the fittings functional, the cost for labour and material for the same will be measured and paid for as "S & F in repairs" under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and in such cases the above items will not be measured and paid for.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface point wiring 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking in and including PVC casing & capping medium grade with all accessories in wall/ ceiling/ floor/ roof etc, sunk pressed steel or cast iron terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switches.

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board.

(d) One bell point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables of 1.5 Sqmm size.

Description all as per item No 4.00 above but with cables 2.5 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board.

Description all as per item No 4.00 above but with cables 4 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continuous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in existing conduit and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board.

Description all as per item No. 7.00 above but with cables 4 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board.

Taking down submain wiring cable of any size/ type alongwith earth wire with or without concealed/ surface conduit/ casing capping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, unsheated, multi-stranded, copper conductor, cable of two runs of 6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 4 Sqmm for earth wire, drawn through and including PVC casing and capping with all fittings like tee, bends, junction box/ terminal box fixed on wall/ ground/ ceiling etc and connected complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Phase should be of Red/ Yellow/ Blue, neutral should be of black and earthing wire should be of green colour. Two runs of cable for phase/ neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length.

Description all as per item No 11.00 above but 4 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 2.5 Sqmm for earth wire.

M & L for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, unsheated, multi-stranded, copper conductor, cable of two runs of 6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 6 Sqmm for earth wire, drawn through existing conduit box fixed in wall/ ceiling etc and connected complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep, dismantling, replacing defective part, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, rewinding etc and hanging up/ fixing back in the original position, connecting up and testing complete all as directed. NOTES: (a) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for minor items viz nuts, bolts split pin and rubber wheel etc. (b) Capacitor & bearing shall be measured and sperately under respective items. (c) Rewinding of fan will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

S & F in repairs capacitor of 2.5 mfd for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs bearing No 6201/6202/6203 suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing burnt out copper winding wire from ceiling fan of any make and size of 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep including cleaning of slots etc and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size/ gauge including insulating material, varnishing and drying complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 43.00 above but exhaust fan of 230/300/380 mm sweep.

S & F in repairs LED lamp suitable for LED light fitting 9/10/11/13/18 W all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs ventilator fan AC single phase 230 V of size 300 mm (PVC body) with louvers shutter (white/ Ivory) and connected with flexible cord of size 23/0/0.0076 stranded copper conductor PVC insulated of length not less than 0.7 m complete all as specified and directe NOTE: Old unserviceable fan will be deposited in MES store by the contractor.

S & F in repairs ventilator fan AC single phase 230 V of size 350 mm metallic body (white/ Ivory) and connected with flexible cord of size 23/0/0076 stranded copper conductor PVC insulated of length not less than 0.7 m complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Old unserviceable fan will be deposited in MES store by the contractor.

S & F in repairs ceiling fan AC single phase 230 V of size 1200 mm sweep with blade white/ brown and connected with flexible cord of size 23/0/0076 stranded copper conductor PVC insulated of length not less than 0.7 m complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Old unserviceable fan will be deposited in MES store by the contractor.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized cast iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts washers and check nuts of steel/ GI duly protected with 15 mm bore light grade pipe upto main board, 20 mm bore watering pipe light grade with CI/ MS funnel and wire mesh including excavation, earth work in any type of soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, charcoal dust and common salt in adequate qty all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 having pit and cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm grouted in PCC pit for PCC cover, funnel with wire mesh complete and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 chamber, funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 15 mm bore, RCC cover slabs 50 mm thick with 8 mm dia CTD bars @ 140 mm C/C both way etc.

Testing of existing earthing complete including watering for improving the resistance of earthing all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing building security light/ Industrial work shop high/ mid bay luminaires of any type, in any height rectifying the defects by repairs/ replacement of capacitor/ ballast/ igntor/ lamp and tightening the loose connection etc & refixing in position complete all as directed. NOTE: Rates are deemed to include changing of spares "Supply only in repairs" under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and the Ladder/ Scissor lift/ T & P for rectifying the defects at the ceiling of mid bay/high bay height as well as security light.

S & F in repairs LED 80 watt industrial high bay luminaire IP65 protected LED midbay with PDC housing suitable for ceiling (surface/ suspended) mount all as specified and directed. Confirming to cat part No TENTO NEXT B 88 L WH NB SD or or Equivalent in Crompton/Philips.

M&L for supply and fixing in replacement of old unsv High bay light fittings with highly efficient next Gen with eliptical design, secondary modular lens optics for optimised light distribution to improve operational efficiency, with EMC/EMI Compliant potted driver & easy maintenance, flicker free illumination for industrial space,having capacity 200 Watts all as specified and directed Confirming to Bajaj cat part No BGHBM NXT B 200W WH NB SD P or Equivalent in Crompton/Philips.

S & F in repairs Clip on type terminal blocks (Melamine housing) of current rating 250 Amps suitable for cable size 50 - 95 Sq mm all as specified and directed.
