Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M & L for Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC blocks) for masonry fixed with Ready Mix Jointing Mortar complete all as specified and as directed Makes/brands of Ready Mix Jointing Mortar shall be “Speed Dry Mix”/ “DUBOND”/ “MAGIC BOND”/ BUILDWELL”. Makes/Manufacturers of AAC blocks :AEROCON/Ecolite/ ISI marked Grade I as approved by GE.

M & L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius, built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for except brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to random rubble walling,uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 all as specified.

Taking down cement mortar/plastering on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, incl removing of surbs vegetation for up to working space etc.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over chalk whitening incl curing to surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated (plastered or unplastered) of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint colour approved by GE including washing, rubbing down, scrapping filling of cracks/holes by crack filler complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh,barbed wire any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed incl clearing all grass,vegetation, shrubs etc.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in posts (including caps & bases), foundations filling and sub base including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block for fixing of angle iron fencing post on wall or similar works,plinth course,string courses,lacing courses,parapets and railing,apex stone,bed plates etc including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standards rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provn of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as spd and directed.

S & F for 10mm dia, exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long machine made mild steel screw bolts with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with one washer and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S & F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Flat iron for securing wire mesh to be provided is to measured in this item. 2. Machine made screw bolt 10mm dia exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F mild steel round plain bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle/hollow section or other section with gusset Plate, rails,braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and door fittings necessary rivetting/welding cutting up complete steel conf. to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 all as specified and directed. Note : Disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good to true surface.

Fixing only MS gate in any type or in any description including hold fast, locking arrangement incl wheel track and sliding door bolt as required and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, fencing post etc but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar description or thickness in floors, apron etc Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite (of any type) 16-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non abrasive paving (Rectified Endura) cement conrete coloured tiles 400 x 400mm x 10-12mm thick machine pressed, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor/skirting mixed with grey cement and pigment match the colour as in pavements, including 15mm thick scred in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete interlocking tiles 60 mm thick Rouber moulded, prepolished with strength 35 N/sqmm as in floor/pavement laid on 30 mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete interlocking tiles 80 mm thick Rouber moulded prepolished with strength 40 N/sqmm as in floor/pavement laid on 30 mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick Rubber moulded with grey cement and pigment, including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Providing precast reinforced cement concrete Type C1(1;3;6) 20mm graded aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating ,necessary grooves etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match as directed. (Note: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of reinforcement and Form work)

Providing and laying factory made kerb stone of size 300 mm X100 mm X 300 mm at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of cement concrete (1;1.5:3) in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreates) set in CM 1:4 as in cover slabs (for manhole etc) & simillar articles with plain faces complete (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separatly) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as spd and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for .Note- Rate includes for reinforcement cutting as required to facilitate demolition.

M & L cement concrete type C2 ( 1:3:6) ( 40 mm graded agg ) as in surface channel and drains complete all as spd and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms,moulds,mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as spd and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms,moulds,mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying Two coat of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior primer of any tint/colour to prepared external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc including filling of holes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing high tensile pre-stress precast reinforced cement concrete Grade of Concrete M-25 as in columns, posts, boundary pillars, with smooth finish including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match as directed and approved by GE. (Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of cost of high tensile carbonized steel wire dia 3 to 4mm , 07 Nos steel incl all form work) MAKE :Universal or any Equivalent

S & F 50 mm thick high tensile pre-stress precast cement concrete M-25 grade wall panel as in compound wall (both Side smooth Finish), planks/panels locking each other louvres and jallies as per approved design/patterns Set in cement mortar 1:4 , (measured solid ), including all mouldings but excluding frame as directed as Approved by GE. (Note: The quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of cost of high tensile carbonized steel wire dia 3 to 4mm ,04 Nos steel incl all Form work) (Note:columns/ poles will be measured seperately) MAKE :UNiversal or any Equivalent

M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete not exc 25 cm including all necessary form work required for laying also forming 12mm thick expansion joint and 10mm wide contraction (dummy) joints through diamond cutter as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as spd and directed.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.41490/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
