M&L for scrapping of existing water base paint/ reflective paint on rigid/flexible pavement of runway by manually with wire brush, steel scraper or mechanically and brooming down the surface including removal of debris outside the runway etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two (02) coats of water base paint for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous/concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width with Machine (Air/ Airless spray applications). Colour of Water base paint will be white, yellow, black & red as per the requirement in Air field complete all as specified and directed . Paint shall be conforming to IS-164 of Berger "Guideline RM 164" , Asian paints "Apcotrak IS" or equivalent as approved by GE. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns, Graco line lazer 200HS, Wagner company or equivalent with same specifications.

Paint shall be of Berger "Guideline Airfield WBR paint/Sigmark WB Airfield Paint" , Asian paints "Apcotrak WBR" or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on brick/stone/concrete/AC sheet/ plastered/ wooden surface etc of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old /previously treated surface complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 6 here-in-before but on steel or iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning down the old treated surface of under/over shoot area of runway to remove dust, dirt by wire brushes and brooming down the surface, cleaning with water and applying evenly 02 (two) coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing joints 5mm to 10 mm width by manually /mechanically raking out to depth of 20 to 25mm , cleaning the joints with coir brush and air compressor including removing away the old sealing compound and all other loose materials to a distance exc 200 meter but n.exc 250 meter from runway and inserting a back rod / debonding strip equal to joint width, and applying primer of same make in both vertical and horizontal surface using paint brush in single coat and filling the joints with cold applied, pitch free, two parts polyurethane base sealing compound to a depth 10mm to 15 mm including fixing masking tape to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to spillage of sealant complete all as specified and directed . M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section, removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling with EPOXY RESIN AND HARDNER WITH QUARTZ SAND all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed Make : M/S HUNTSMAN, DR BECK or equivalent as approved by GE

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces cut to rectangular section upto minimum 30mm depth, removing all loose and foreign material and desposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and priming to both vertical and horizontal surface using paint brush in single coat and filling with SELF LEVELING, THREE COMPONENT MODIFIED ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. MAKE OF ELASTORMERIC CONCRETE : FLEX-O-PATCH (CHOKSEY) or equivalent as approved by GE MAKE OF PRIMER : RDL 942 (CHOKSEY) or equivalent as approved by GE

M&L for repair of pot-holes/depressions in flexible pavement/roads by cutting to rectangular section upto min depth of 50mm , removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200mtr from runway and cleaning the surface and filling it with quick setting cold applied ashpalt repair compound complete all as specified and directed. Make : Shalipatch (STP limited), TIKI ezREPAIR premix or equivalent and compact the pot hole with a rammer or wooden/mettalic mallet and apply two coats of surface sealer of make : Shaliseal RS TC or equivalent

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair aluminium extrusion framed work as in runway/links mandatory and informative signage boards including joining cleats, aluminium snap beading, rubber gasket, U channel etc including necessary fixture complete all as specified & directed. Make : Jindal, Hindalco or Equivalent

S& F in repair of retro reflective sign board made out of 3mm to 4mm thick Aluminium composite panel sheet covered with commercial grade retro reflective sheeting as well as letter or symbol shall be pasted with pressure sensitive adhesive provides clear visual information in low light and poor weather any width and colour in white, red, yellow or black as in DTGM board/sign board complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates are included for supplying new rubber gasket to fix above panel in existing aluminium frame.

M&L for dismantling old DTGM board/signage board etc fixed in cement concrete near runway/links and refixing to new location decided by airforce authorities complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Rates are included for demolition of old cement concrete required to dismantle old DTGM/Signage boards. 2. Any damage to signage boards shall be repaired by contractor at his own cost during execution. 3. Excavation of soil and PCC for fixing of signage boards at new location shall be paid separately.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, plinth for DTGM/signage boards etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs commercial grade reflective sheeting with pressure sensitive adhesive provides clear visual information in low light and poor weather any width and colour in white, red or yellow as in DTGM board/sign board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
