Earthwork in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,Breast walls,culverts,drainds and parapets etc. in all types of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil , softs rock and hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD.Technical specifications Clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of Engineer in Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal ofsuitable material up to all lead and lift, including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material to the orignal surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred (fifty milimeters) compected thickness including sorting and sturting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) up to all depth or any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including of carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix (1:2:4) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 complete as per drawing including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge

Providing and errecting W-Metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail 70cm above road/ground level fixed on ISMCseries channels vertical post 150 x 5 x 5mm spaced 2meters center to center 1.80 meters height meter below ground/road level all sheet aparts and fitments to be galvnised by hot dip process as fittings to confirm to IS 1367 and IS 1364 matal beam rail to be fixed on the the vertical post with a space of channel section 150 x 5 x 5 mm 330 mm longcomplete as per clause 8810 complete as per drawing including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilograme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D technical specifications clause 503including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer @ of 0.85 (Zero point eight five kilograme) per Square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D.technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty milimeter)thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto any lead laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Gray colour RCC road dividers(traffic management) Jersey barrier 3050x840x610 weight not less than 2300 Kg including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick (10 cm wide) including reflectorsing glass beads @250 gms per square meter area,thickness of 2.5 mm is execlusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and fixing of all directionsnal retro reflective round delineators SHORT made out of 16 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 47 mm and of length 600 mm delineator stove enameled and backed to 120C or powder coated delineator to have 200 mm reflective band of colour white and red.Reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage,CAT part No.GPL-1111 Make Greens/Greensslite including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge
