Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 90 mm and inner dia 76 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified. Make : REX POLYEXTRUSION LTD or its equivalent as approved including taking down old one.

Supply & Laying of Telerex DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polythylene with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable incl couplers & bends complete all as specified. Make : REX POLYEXTRUSION LTD or its equivalent as approved including taking down old one.

Supply and lay factory made, ISI marked, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-1, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for bituminous road cutting to a width of 45 cm and depth 50 cm for laying of pipe for laying of UG cables and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type CI (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and removing and setting aside with CME areas PCC poles any type/size by breaking PCC foundation after disconnecting electrical connection incl site clearance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dismantling and removing and setting aside old unsv steel tubular pole any type/size by breaking PCC foundation after disconnecting electrical connection incl site clearance and depositing to AGE E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M & L and erect in true vertical position (or to be fixed in an inclined position as strut pole) steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm, finial taper plug, pole cap, bolts, nuts and washers and screwed pole made out of FRW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 (Part-II) 1980 type 410-SP-31 (9 metres long ) pole including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embeded in PCC 1:3:6 including necessary formwork for foundation as per manufacturers instructions, etc complete all as specified and directed in and incl taking down carefully old deterioiated RCC/steel pole.

Taking out old unserviceable LT panel and supply, installation, testing & commissioning, dust, weather & vermin proof L.T feeder pillar box (approx size 1.5m x 0.5m x 1.0m) factory fabricated (panel shall be got manufactured from any manufacturer duly approved by CPRI) outdoor cubicle/KIOSK type totally enclosed outer cage fabricated with 3.15mm thick MS sheet with frame made of MS angle iron 50 x 50 x5 mm suitable for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440V 50 Hz system, with hinged panel doors on two sides entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/ rubber/ wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/ vermin etc. inside the enclosure. All the holes shall be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands for cable entry and exit with & including necessary internal wiring with stranded PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor cables of adequate size. The kiosk/box shall be powder coated internally and externally of approved colour.
